My phone buzzed, shaking the nightstand. I rolled over, immediately trying to shut my eyes and go back to sleep. Unfortunately, it was too late. I groaned, grabbing my phone off of my nightstand and checking the time before I got up. The numbers 10:45 burned into my eyes as I threw my weighted blanket off of me, sliding out of bed.

I reached into the pantry for some pancake mix, slowly preparing the kitchen to make a late breakfast. I softly played music in the background, going through the rest of my notifications that I couldn't bother answering last night. They mostly consisted of dm's from multiple fans, a few texts, and the rest just random snaps. I dragged my hands along my face, recalling what I had written in response to Hange's text. "Cant wait!" is all i could come up with?

I stacked the freshly made pancakes onto a plate, setting them on the island. Sashas door slowly opened, revealing a very tired looking Sasha. "Good morning sleeping beauty." I teased, but she ignored me, sitting on the stool right in front of the pancakes, helping herself. "You're welcome." I laughed, playfully rolling my eyes as I cleaned up the pans and ingredients. "Thanks." Sasha smiled with a mouth full of food. "You're disgusting." I groaned, squeezing my eyes shut. "But you love me." She raised an eyebrow, leaning forward on the countertop. I flicked her forehead, sitting in the stool next to her and helping myself to a fresh pancake as well.

Not even a few minutes later the apartment door rattled, causing both Sasha and I to perk up. I walked over to the front door, unlocking both locks and stepping back. I stood there in an oversized hoodie and socks, my hair unbrushed, and a half eaten pancake in hand. At least they knocked, so in a way I couldn't be mad at them. "Morning ladies." Connie beamed, sitting down and grabbing a pancake off of the plate. Jean flashed a smile before doing the same, sitting down on our couch. "Hey guys? Connie- you're not even going to use a plate?" I asked, shutting and locking the door behind me.

"Don't need one." Connie shrugged, shoving the chocolate chip pancake into his mouth. "Oh my god." I muttered, handing him a paper towel. "You too Jean?" He looked up at me from the couch, shrugging as well. "I'm a hungry man."

I shook my head slowly as I walked into my bathroom, getting my morning routine out of the way. As I put my toothbrush away and shut the lights off, I could hear all three of them arguing in the kitchen. I leaned against the frame of the hallway, watching the three bicker over who should get to eat the last pancake.

"But I'm hungry!" Sasha whined, crossing her arms. "You're always hungry!" Jean groaned, reaching for the last one. Connie quickly grabbed his wrist, looking up at him. "Well I'm the most attracti-" He started, Jean quickly cutting him off. "You used that last night! It doesn't work two days in a row." He glared.

I walked over, grabbing the pancake from the plate and taking a bite out of it. "There. Does that settle it?" I asked, taking a piece to give to a very grateful Sasha. "That's not fair (y/n)!" Jean and Connie argued. "What can I say, I'm a hungry woman." I shrugged.

Hours passed and the boys had went back downstairs, leaving Sasha and I to have some time to ourselves. "Can I go get your outfit now? We have to start getting ready soon anyways." Sasha asked, practically bouncing up and down. "Go for it." I smiled, scrolling through my phone. I heard drawers opening and shutting, my closet door sliding, along with some other unexplainable sounds erupting from my room. Eventually Sasha walked down the hallway, her back turned to me. "Close your eyes!!" She shouted. "Ok ok!" I laughed. I had expected a causal, something that wouldn't make me stand out too much. Apparently, Sasha did not have the same idea in mind. She held up an emerald green cocktail dress along with a basic pair of short heels, her eyes wide with excitement. "Don't even get me started on accessories!" She squealed.

I sat on the couch, staring at the outfit. "I thought we were going to a club?" I asked hesitantly, setting my phone down. "We are!" She beamed, handing me the dress. "It's really nice, we went while you were gone. Trust me, it's like, super chic!" I laughed, watching her get this excited was entertaining.
