this story takes place in a fiction world. it's more so four main areas. it's spit into the two hemispheres then the east and western part of each hemisphere. then there are three capitals for each fourth. Kaiser and Storm live in a small city that's north east of one of the capitals, Axilvil. the world itself is called Adenslir. things will be taken care of differently than they would irl, so yea, i don't know how they would fr be taken care of irl so i make it up here!
so, tonight i'll try to at least start with the first chapter. i may not publish it because my day didn't go as i planned but i may stay up tonight, not for sure.
