We find our boy Cole sitting on top of one of the buildings in Manehatten coloring.
Cole: (singing along to music) ×beeping× (checks watch) Oh! My ride's here!
What was Cole doing you ask? Well the answer is simple, though Cole prefers relaxing and enjoying his peaceful life in Ponyville doesn't mean he doesn't take a few mercenary jobs, mostly against criminals, syndicates, dictators, etc. Right now he is currently waiting for a convoy to show up. It had been 2 weeks since Cole test out the gauntlet during the first week it was Apple bucking season and Big Mac injured himself beforehand. Applejack tried to do it all herself but as soon as Cole got word of this he immediately set her straight and told her well being was important than her pride. So Applejack agreed to let him and the rest of their friends help out.....but that didn't change the fact it was still awkward for the two remembering the....incident.
Cole: (exhales) Time to break some eggs! (Steps off ledge)

Cole was now back in Ponyville walking down the path whistling. But then he stopped and looked over to see Pinkie Pie talking to Twilight who currently sitting on a bench reading while Pinkie was talking. Cole makes his way over to them and now being hears Pinkie talking about Rainbow Dash. And looked like Twilight is completely uninterested in it.
Cole: What's up you two?
Pinkie: Oh Cole! You're back! I was just talking to Twilight about Rainbow Dash.
Cole: (points and looks up) You mean her?
Pinkie looks up and sees Rainbow Dash flying overhead. She grabs Cole and dashes after her.
Cole: (getting dragged) Wait didn't agree to thiiiiiisss!
Twilight: (looks up from book) Whew! (Goes back to reading)
Pinkie: (still dragging Cole) Rainbow Dash!
Rainbow looks down and sees them and flies faster which in turn makes Pinkie Pie start sprinting.
