Karen looked over to me giving me a forced smile and stared at her hands, she was shaking from fear, "Karen your not even going to say hi to your juu0ftwin? That's kind of rude do you think?" That vegan nurse asked with a smirk. "oh, sorry... hey Nerak..." Karen said with a sigh. "Huh? whos Nerak?" I asked confused. "Nerak is my twin, That vegan nurse." Karen said glancing out the window watching the snow cover the emerald green grass. The moon made the snow shine, it looked so beautiful oh how I wish I could watch the graceful snow fall for eternity, I was interrupted from my thoughts by a door opening. "Hey is this That Vegan Teacher's room?" The nurse asked while holding a paper with red pen writing on it. "Yes this is." Karen said looking at the nurse, she looked familiar. Lil huddy glared at the nurse while muttering something.
