Love At First Sight-Drift x Brite Bomber

Chapter 3: Plans

Brite parked the ATK and Cuddle and Rex went to find a place for them to sit during the movie. Drift went along with them, but stopped and hid behind the fence, listening to Brite. Brite sighed, looking at the keys she held im her hand. She looked in the back to see if the others took the snacks and drinks that they have bought for the movie. She smiled, grabbing the keys in her hands and getting out of the vehicle. Drift jumped as he heard her footsteps and he ran to lean on a little shack. He looked at the big screen and the row of cars in front of it, spotting the pink bear and the rex. Brite sneaked up on Drift while he was distracted. "BOO!" She went, and Drift jumped a bit. Brite giggled at his action and Drift joined in as well. "Oh geez, phew. You got me". Brite pulled herself together, making eye contact with the handsome male standing in front of her. She smiled, and headed towards Cuddle. "C'mon, let's go". She grabbed Drift's hand and he blushed, feeling like he was in heaven. As Brite let go to sit on top of a a car, Rex threw two slurps with straws and smiled at them as Brite thanked him. Everybody in the area shushed as lights dimmed and the movie was about to start. Brite glanced at Drift, blushing and drinking her slurp.

Footsteps hit the villain liar's cold and old metal floors. After the rocket's launch hitting Anarchy Acres and the heroes and villains disappearance, Omega continued on plotting plans. He examined the area, it was starting to break down, and Oblivion placed a hand on his shoulder, the Visitor close by them to protect them in case of a surprise attack from the heroes. "Don't worry too much. We have a strong ally on our side and a successful plan to conquer this world". Though she couldn't see his expression due to his armored mask, she figured that he gave her a grin. He held both of her hands, his attention on her. "My dear, we will conquer this world". They both looked at each other for a few moments before Omega heard something that caught his attention. He looked to find that all of his new plans were being displayed on a monitor in which he can access. He scanned to find the progress of his new plan, giving an evil chuckle. He then faced Visitor and Oblivion. "Soon, he will be ready".

Brite and Drift joked with Rex and Cuddle as they made their way back to Lazy Links, where they are now staying. Before they left Risky, Brite and Drift secretly planned on leaving to where the Durr Burger was at so they could have some privacy. Both Drift and Brite thought to themselves that it was going to be the best moment to confess their love. Brite drove, screeching to a stop as she heard noises nearby. "Did... you guys hear that too?" Rex and Cuddle nodded, so did Drift. Brite drove to where the noises where being heard. As they looked, the motel had been broken down and rifts were appearing all around. This confused the squad as they took a close look to it. The rifts disappeared, and one appeared behind them. The motel sign was being taken away from creatures. Brite, Drift, Cuddle and Rex all had a face of confusion and shock. Then, they disappeared. The squad immediately arrived home and went to their rooms. Luckily, Drift's room was right across Brite's. Brite and Drift, both in their own rooms, looked at the door. They sighed, and opened it to ask each other: Do they still want to do what they have planned? After the incident, they don't know. Brite and Drift starred at each other for a few before they smiled. It was a questioning smile. Brite was the first to ask. "Do you still want to?" Drift, having so many emotions, responded. "For a bit". Brite nodded, then thought of something safer. "How bout we quietly head to the back instead of driving? We can immediately take shelter here if there is any trouble nearby". Drift nodded, then they both walked quietly to the backyard. They walked and decided to stop and sit under a tree. The both lied down, Brite placing her hands under her head as Drift placed one hand under his head while the other was placed on top of his chest. They looked up at the sky, lights and stars twinkling and the moon glowing. This made Brite smile. "So...You're new around here are you". Brite broke the silence. Drift sighed. "...Yes. I came from another universe or dimension. You see, I lived on Earth. I was in the California desert before I got teleported into this world". Drift recalls the time when he was back on the very hot and dry landscape, painting the kitsune mask on the tongue of the Durr Burger. He grinned at the memory before he returned at the present. He took a look at Brite, looking at her hair, her eyes, then her lips. His heart raced at the thought of kissing her. He cleared his throat, asking Brite a question this time. "What was your childhood like, Brite?" Brite looked at him, sighing. "I can remember most of it. When I was a girl, I had a guardian. Raven swore to watch over me, but only because..."She sighed, closing her eyes. "Only because I couldn't think negative thoughts. If I let anger and negativity take over me, a dark and evil entity will poison the positive side of me and turn me into a dark and evil side of me". Brite opened her eyes, looking away as a tear rolled down her cheek. Drift gave a worried look, and wiped her tear for her. "I promise that if anything will want to take over you, I will make sure that I will make them pay for it". Brite frozed, and Drift pulled her into a hug. He blushed and closed his eyes as Brite blushed and hid her face in his chest, wrapping her arms around him. She felt safe, comfortable, she even felt warmth from him. And another feeling that she has been questioning about ever since Drift has appeared in this world, if it was truly true, if her heart was speaking the truth:
