Èverest Astéri

It's quite peaceful in our beautiful forest. I personally love to just go on a walk and enjoy the beauty of nature. I stretched my wings as I got up from my spot on the tree. I took a little nap here but who can blame me? I am a prince. I have a lot to do! Oh well. It's a normal routine for me.
It does get quite lonely though. Sometimes I wished I had more time with my friends. Sadly my father does not allow that. Well- sucks to be him because I'll do it anyway!

I decided once again to take a little walk through my favorite part of the forest. It's a pretty open field and I enjoy the view of the sky. You can see all the pretty clouds or stars! Little did I know that this wasn't going to be an ordinary walk.
As soon as I arrived at the field I saw a weird bird thingy crashing down on the field. That hurt a bit because we Elvas are connected to the forest. I groaned a bit and sighed, walking up to the thing. I slowly got closer and before I could reach it, a door (or whatever this thing was) opened and a creature stepped out.

"Man. That sure was a crash landing. Heh." It spoke. It seemed to have spotted me because after it spoke it looked at me. It got closer, saying "Hello weird creature!". I stumbled backwards, not wanting to go close to a dangerous creature. I mean- how would I know? It could eat me for Cesares sake! The creature chuckled "Now, now! No need to be scared, heh. Nice to meet you firefly! I am Devlin!"
I tilted my head asking, "What are you?"
The creature gave another slight chuckle "A C1"

"A what?" I asked confused and he replied "A C1 or an Alien if you must"
I blinked a couple times then he asked "Well, are you going to introduce yourself?"
I stumbled to my feet in embarrassment, "Ah! My apologies. My name is prince Èverest Astèri."
"Ah, a prince, hm? Interesting! Tell me- what exactly are you?"
I chuckled awkwardly "Uh- well I am an Elva. I honestly don't know how to explain it..."
"That's quite alright! Where are we anyways!"
"In an enchanted forest. Ruled by my descendants." I smiled happy, hoping that I made a new friend.
"Well Is there a place I can stay, or~?"
I blushed slightly "Ah! Sorry, sorry! Yes of course! Follow me, please!"
Devlin did. as told and followed the small Elva into the highest tree in the forest, where a beautiful huge castle was placed in the crown of the tree.

Devlin looked quite stunned by the view and I couldn't help but chuckle at that. He looked at me and I quickly looked away.

I lead him into my castle and into the throne room. My father looked at us.

Devlin POV
Firefly lead me into his castle where we were by his father I suppose. It looked pretty cool! There were huge windows and 5 thrones at the end of the hall. I chuckled to myself and noticed Èverest looking at me. I turned my head to him and saw how he quickly looked away. I couldn't help but chuckle at that move. I just met him but I already can tell the he and I are going to be very good friends.

We stopped in front of his father and looked up at him. Then he spoke, making a slight shiver go down my spine,"Èverest. What weird creature have you brought into our castle this time?"
I could feel Firefly tense besides me and when he spoke his voice was quiet and vulnerable. "His fly thingy broke down father. May he stay here until it is fixed again?"

I blinked at him then back at his glaring father. I could hear him grunt annoyed as he said, "As long as he doesn't cause any trouble and stays in your room."
I frowned when I looked back at Èverest, seeing how uneasy he must've felt.

Èverest POV
I mumbled a quick 'of course father' to my dad and led Devlin to my room. It was a big, white room with a huge closet at the right wall, a big and long balcony leading outside on the right and a big king sized bed in the midde. Another door, to the bathroom, was a little besides the closet. I saw Devlin gasp in fascination and couldn't help but giggle. He looked at me with an 'o' and I blushed in embarrassment, "My apologies". He smiled warmly, "No drama, Firefly".
I smiled as well and sighed shorty afterwards, "Well since you have to stay in my room we have to share my bed."

"I don't mind" was all he said before he jumped on the bed and mumbled, 'comfy'.
I shook my head slightly as I took in his appearance. He had Antennas. And he had purplish blue skin as well as a tail. Weird. I wonder which species he belongs to. I hummed and walked towards my closet. "I'm going to take a bath real quick. You can.. stay here I guess."
He nodded and played with a feather that I owned. I chuckled a last time before I went into the bathroom and let in my water.
I immediately sunk into the water and let the warmth take me away into my own word. What a strange yet interesting day. I hummed a bit while I was in thoughts and breathed out relaxed. I felt my wings getting warmer, an immense relaxing feeling for my species since our wings are probably our most sensitive parts. A quick yawn and I could fee tiredness overtaking my mind. I struggle to stay awake in the warmth so I sighed and got out, grabbed a towel and rubbed myself dry before changing into a night gown and walking out of the bathroom. Devlin was already tightly asleep on my bed. I smiled slightly and felt my face getting a bit warm. I couldn't help but think that I may was sick but I shrugged it off and cuddled myself into the blankets of my bed, right besides the Alien. Soon, I felt myself slipping into sleep.
