Chapter 1.
I was watching my favorite movie A Walk To Remember and as always, it touches my heart deeply and brings tears to my eyes. But I wonder, is there a man these days who is as sweet or as caring as Landon? Well, hopefully there is one. *wink*
In my school, there are various groups competing and claiming to be the coolest. One is the hooligans who know nothing but bully. Next is the primo girls who I really can compare to the children of Aphrodite. They are all vain and not plain. Then there's the players. They are not only the varsity of the school but they are the playboys who toy and tear hearts. There are more but I don't care. I'm just this loner. Just this bookworm lass, this nerd. And by the way, my name is Ginny Grey.
How to describe myself? Well, that's not too hard. I have red hair, brown eyes, pointed nose and luscious lips. I'm not that tall but if I am to dress properly, I can say that I'm sexy and hot. I am the top in class but that doesn't make me famous. I'm not cool. I'm an introvert. I hate players, they're annoying! I haven't been in love with a real man. But I do have a crush of course.
Back to my question, "Is there a man these days who is as sweet or as caring as Landon?" Maybe I can say that if there is, he will be Carter West.
He's my crush, the one I mentioned earlier. He's a basketball player but he's not like his friends who date different girls then break their hearts. He is simple yet hot! He's quiet and many girls are craving for his attention. BUT, he ignores them. I don't know why but I find him mysterious.
In our last year in school, all I want is to have him fall for me. See, I really want him. But I have a pressing problem. I am not attractive and I'm not famous. How can I get his attention? *sigh*
