Chapter 4

He was breathtaking, he was worse than the devil in disguise

Waking up Holly realized she wasn't in her bed or her room for that matter and was slightly alarmed until she felt the shadows the surrounded her like a warm blanket.

She had thought it was all a dream not a bad one though but none the less still a dream, but it wasn't.

He came, he was here. Realisation flooded her mind and she shot up from the covers and out the bed. Hadrian was in town and she was happy or Harry was really there as she preferred to call him and the only one who was allowed to call him that ever since they were kids.

The memories from the previous days flooded back into her mind from the beginning straight back to when she had collapsed in his arms, truly relaxing for the first time since the last time they seen each other and physically being able to interact with each other.

Making her way, away from the bed she headed to the door on her right which she presumed to be the bathroom, to do her business and freshen up before she went to find her brother. Finishing inside the bathroom she made her way outside the room, well her room if she's where she think she is.

Softly making her way to the stairs she wondered where Harry was and why she hadn't seen or heard him yet.

Lifting his head Hadrian realised the Holly was awake as the wards on her door went of silently in his head. Making his way from the sitting room to the main room where he could hear Holly coming down the stairs as her feet padded softly on the stairs.

Leaning against the archway he watched her as she finished the last few steps and started to look around not yet realising he was there even though she could feel his magic in the air, providing her with a comfort and a sense warmth that only she ever felt even when they were growing up.

Watching her as she observed the room he realised how small she actually was compared to him and by just looking at her he could tell she was still tired even though she was asleep for a while and he didn't know if it was twin thing or not but he would ensure she got a good amount of rest when whatever she was mixed up in was all over with, even if he had to take her with him for a few weeks.

Holly's POV

Making my way downstairs I observed the room that I was in and realised it must be the main room, it was really modern though it was very elegant at the same time.

I was startled out of my thoughts by a soft sigh from behind me, but I couldn't turn around because I knew he was a bit annoyed with me at the moment even though he didn't outright say it I would see in his eyes.

" So who's the kid that's back at your apartment sleeping and I also thought you would be more careful with the current population running around", Harry drawled from behind me breaking the silence between us.

Quickly turning around realizing he was talking about Jeremy ready to ask what he did to him until I saw that infuriating smug smirk on his face because he knew I would face him because of Jer even if he didn't know who he was.

Avoiding his eyes I asked him what he did to Jeremy ignoring the first part of his question, only for him to scoff and I knew he was getting more than annoyed with me by the seconds if his eyes darkening was any thing to go by.

"Let me just try that again, what were you thinking getting involved with the Originals, their psychotic mother and their problems that don't even concern you in the first place or maybe I could go and get that cute little friend of yours from your apartment and he could help me with my problem, getting answers of course", Hades said because at that moment he wasn't Harry or even Hadrian he was what everyone and everything including the devil was afraid of HADES, The Master Of Death.

I wasn't afraid of him because I knew he wouldn't hurt me even when he wanted to sometimes so I was only really worried for Jeremy because he could break him if he really wanted to, so I tried to come up with something but then I realised he would know if I left anything off or lied so I explained everything from meeting the doppelgänger bitch and her pets along with her friends and the infamous Mikaelson siblings and their charming mother.

" And as for the "cute little friend" as you put it, that's Jeremy, he's also Elena's brother and my first real friend, well bestfriend so please don't hurt him because he's recovering really well now from an injury and his past addiction as well as seeing dead girlfriends", I explained.

I watched as he processed the information relieved that he was somewhat relaxed and no longer looked as if he was going get Jeremy who was probably worried sick about me right now.

Sighing I made my way around him and to the sitting room, with him right behind me to get something to drink preferably Fire Whisky to take the edge of the nerves I was feeling with awaiting Harry's reaction to what I told him and also the fact that he was interested Jeremy.

As I grabbed the bottle I realised he didn't remember that Jeremy was the one he helped me with and I was relieved because he (Harry) was Bisexual and didn't really care for the feelings of his hook-ups though they very few in number and I wasn't sure about Jer.

I knew that if he wanted Jeremy no one could really stop him because when he wanted something he got it which was really a Potter thing as well as a Hadrian thing though thinking about it Jer might be good for him.

"So what are we gonna do about your problem with the doppelganger and her friends, the linked originals and their psychotic mother", Harry asked from behind sprawled out on a chair not looking the least bit out of place, even though I knew he was already planning something or have something planned.

So I've been absent for a while but that's because I currently have exams. Anyway I was thinking I could make Hadrian and Jeremy a thing, not sure yet though.

Let me know if you guys have any suggestion.
