Mission planning!!

You wake up finding yourself comfortably placed on Nat's chest. You groan the morning hangover finally getting to you. Nat still asleep, hugs you tightly as you realise your in her bed. "Shit shit shit" you whisper to yourself  the events of spin the bottle last night races to the front of your mind. You reach over to nat's bedside table and grab your phone. Your phone turns on and the brightness pierces through the dark room. You squint your eyes readjusting them to the light. Natasha starts to wake up due to your phone brightness. She then groans loosening her grip even though it was already a loose grip. "Y/n?" She mumbles still half asleep. "Sorry nat" you laugh checking the time on your phone "OH SHIT!" Nat suddenly sits up now fully awake "what?!" You show her the time on your phone. It's almost 11am. "TRAINING STARTS IN 10 MINUTES NATASHA!" She springs out of bed and goes into her wardrobe. "Here put this on"
She throws you a tight shirt and a pair of shorts. You quickly slip them on and sprint to the kitchen. Due to you rushing around you slip on your socks. "FUCK!" You quickly get up and grab two granola bars from the pantry and race back to Natasha's room. You run in there to find Natasha hysterically laughing "you slipped over didn't you!" She's now laughing even harder "just eat the granola bar" you throw it and her and laugh. "Thanks y/n... RIGHT WE HAVE 2 MINUTES TO GET TO WING 5's TRAINING ROOM!" You and Nat run to the training room just enjoying the time your having with her as if it's your last.

You and her make it to the training room on time to see Steve sat on a chair patiently waiting for you two. "Ah here we are" he checks his watch "you guys shows up just in time you had one minute spare!" He laughs as well as you and Nat. You start taping up your knuckles as you were doing hand to hand combat. "Y/n your in the ring first!" Steve says lifting up the padding that surrounded the ring. "Why have I always gotta go first!?" You step into the ring laughing. "Right y/n you know what to do bring it on!" You leap at him throwing him over your shoulder with ease. "That's asgaurdian strength for you old man" you look over at nat to find her blushing as well as laughing that Steve got taken down so easily. "Alright that ill do it y/n don't rub it in." He tries to catch you off guard by sweeping out your feet but you just dodge it by preforming an impressive back flip. "Really Steve I should be the one teaching you!" All three you laugh as Steve ushers Nat into the ring whilst your stepping out. Nat starts fighting Steve and She takes him out. "Wow Steve you just got taken out by a 21 year old and then by a 23 year old and your what? 100!"bucky taunts him pleasurably. "Bucky shut the fuck up" he jokes around. "Well done you two you took out a 100 year old virgin" Nat laughs from the other side of the studio choking on her water in the meantime. "Anyway." Bucky continues. "Metal man said he wants you three in the meeting room for mission planning." He smiles. "we will be there in a sec buck!" You respond grabbing your bottle and leaving the studio with Nat not far behind you.

You and Nat walk back to her room. "Well this is a slower pace of walking than earlier. Nat says playfully pushing you. "Prefer it though the stress of this morning I can't even explain it!" You laugh. Natasha groans as she gets her suit out of her closet. "For fuck sake I cant be assed to put this suit on!" She throws the coat hanger at you. You immediately catch it with out even looking. "Well that was hot." Natasha says calmly as you place the coat hanger down. "Your suits better than mine!?" You say taken back by her complaints about her suit  "WHAT NO?!" She jokes around. You laugh "well I gotta get my suit on see you later?" You crane your neck back at her. "See you in a minute." She says watching you walk out of her room "I KNOW YOUR WATCHING ME!" You shout from your room. "MAYBE I WAS YOU'LL NEVER KNOW!" She shouts back. You shut your door and get out your suit. Unlike Thor's suit it wasn't very asgaurdian like, you wore black combat trousers with a neon green belt attached with guns and knives fitted with a black shirt with a tactical vest over the top also equipped with knives and weapons. You met nat in the corridor and made you way down to the meeting room with her.

You two walked into the meeting room and sat down next to each other as tony started to explain the mission. "Rightttt so hydra has planted a bomb in one of their abandoned shelters. This bomb contains highly toxic substances that are deadly to human life I don't know about thor and y/n as you aren't really specified as 'humans' but it will still cause damage. So our mission is to get that bomb before it's detonated there is multiple parts of this bomb and we will all collect one part each and bring it back to a van for dr. Banner to inspect and disarm." Everyone nods as tony once again starts speaking "I'f this mission is done wrong half of New York's population will be wiped out so please carry it out properly. Mission starts tomorrow so get some sleep and only light training Can't be having anyone get hurt... NOW GO!" Everyone scatters across the building. You sit down next to Wanda. You sense she is feeling tense. "Hey you ok wands?" You ask sincerely "uh just tense that's all I haven't gone on a mission since Pietro's passing and I don't know if I'll be able to carry it out y/n..." she says a little panicked and overwhelmed. "Heyyyy it's ok! It's ok. Yo going to do amazing Wanda I know you have it in you. I mean you could be a asgaurdian goddess yourself! I promise I'll keep you safe."
Nat overhears the whole conversation and also comforts her as she knows what this grief feels like as so did you. "Wanda your going to do so well... me and y/n will protect you at may costs." You nod and pull both of them in for a hug. "Thanks so much guys you don't know how hard it's been." She says appreciatively.
