(Maroon's POV)
"You are such a pain in the neck." That's when I woke up. My mommy and daddy were talking loudly to each other. My mommy was speaking super loudly. "Jeez, Yellow you're going to wake up maroon." Daddy said. Mommy glared at daddy. "Everyday It's the same, you wake up and start complaining about how the sky isn't good for our daughter." She gave him another stony look. "You don't know how fun sky travel will be for our daughter." Daddy shook his head. "Fun isn't the answer, he said. "Being safe is." "Red," mommy said. "You speak like our daughter is a baby." "She is!" yelled daddy. Why were they yelling? I pushed my way out of the covers and stared up at them. They looked down at me. "Why are you yelling?" I asked. "Shhhh, it's nothing sweetheart." Said daddy. Mommy looked like she wanted to say something, but she kept quiet. Feeling reassured, I fell back asleep just in time to hear mommy say: "It's morning, why did you tell her to go back to sleep?!"
(White's POV)
I stared out through the cockpit window. Me, the captain of the skeld, also piloted the new "airship". I beamed positively at the monitor. It showed how high up the airship was: 800 feet. Certainly high, but not even close to how high my beautiful skeld could fly. The skeld had been given to me by my great-grandfather. I tapped my foot against the floor of the cockpit. Just then, the alarm I had set for my daily shower rang. "Time for the shower!" I thought. I turned the steering wheel on autopilot and ran out of the cockpit. I hurried past comms, through the engine room, down the main hall, and into the showers. Three others were in there: Green, Red, and Mr. Cheese. I showered for a bit until I noticed that Red was looking grumpy. "What's wrong?" I asked him. "Yellow thinks I'm being too overprotective to Maroon." He answered. I thought for a few seconds before saying, "You sort of are." Red glared at me before leaving the showers.
(Red's POV)
I can't believe it! Even White thinks that I'm a way overprotective dad. I told the other guys earlier, and they all said the same thing: "Too overprotective." My mind raced with angry thoughts as I headed into records. Then I headed into the lounge for a nice relaxing game of pool. I played pool for a while until I got hungry and then I headed for the kitchen. It took me sometime to get to the kitchen because it was on the other side of the airship. But when I got there, Pink was in there. "Hey, Pink" I said. Pink waved at me, but she was busy cutting carrots. I grabbed two slices of bread and the peanut butter and jelly jars and made myself some breakfast. A delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
