"What is up with the rain ? Its been raining for 2 days now", anakin complained as he wore his jacket.
"Probably because its raining season ?", the boy replied.
"No shit Sherlock", a girl replied while rolling her eyes.
"You don't have to be a bitch about it Kai",the boy replied.
"Alright stop it the both of you",anakin said and walked straight past the feud.
It was a weekend, and yet they had exams coming up, which made them plan to go studying at a near by café, since studying at the apartment would only lead Gael and Kai fighting.
As they were walking in the rain, they saw a familiar dog barking before entering a café, specifically a dog café.
It was again, the girl from yesterday, the girl with beautiful gray eyes, the girl who made him dripping wet from the rain, anakin thought.
As the girl entered the café, anakin paid no attention as he was still mad from what happened yesterday.
They walked pass the café and started to find a café to study at.
"Wait what about that café?",Gael suggested which made them stop walking and debated whether they were going to study at that café or not.
But in the end, they had to find a different café as the dogs' barking could distract them.
"Excuse me, hi, well my friend wanted me to ask if you were single", a french girl asked as she came up to them.
The girl was looking at him, at anakin. He looked at the girl with no expression at all.
"Yes i am", he answered, which made the girl look so hopeful.
"But i'm not interested",he said and looked back at his notes which made the girl left in awe.
Gael just gave the girl a sorry smile and Kai just got back from ordering them coffee.
"No, i do not need a girlfriend Gael", anakin said which made Gael stop when he was just about to open his mouth.
"Why not anakin ? what's so wrong with actually having to care for someone ?", gael asked.
"Why don't you find yourself one Gael ? You keep asking Anakin that, then why don't you get your own ?", Kai annoyingly asked.
"If someone liked me, I wouldn't be alone anymore", Gael complained.
Gael and Kai then didn't stop arguing from that moment on which made Anakin stand up and leave, what made it worse was that Gael and Kai didn't even notice that he left.
If they were going to argue the whole time, they should've went to the dog café, since their yapping was louder than dogs' barks. They could have a contest, to see who was louder, anakin thought while rolling his eyes.
Anakin entered a different café and sat down on a couch with a table. He then proceeded to leave his bag on the sofa and waited in line to order his coffee.
As anakin sat down, he took out his iPad and laptop and continued studying for his exams.
After 3 hours of studying, anakin saw Gael and Kai walk inside and started walking to him.
"You didn't tell us you left", Gael confronted him.
"You two were yapping too loud, I had to study", anakin complained.
"What ? That was three hours- oohh i see what you did there", Gael said while nodding, figuring out that they didn't even notice anakin leaving three hours ago.
"Hey isn't that girl the one from yesterday?" , Kai asked looking outside the window.
Anakin didn't bother looking and continued studying.
"Why is she running ?", Gael asked and looked outside.
"Oh wait, the sun is up, finally it stopped raining", Gael continued to say.
Hearing those words, anakin looked out the window and saw the sun, which made him happy inside.
