I just woke up I know Christian is here cause I was three wheelings yesterday so I went to Mads room I check they are asleep and I want to go to the gym so I got ready I wear

Then I go downstairs and get a protein shake I was about to take it then Christian comes downstairs then I take it

Christian:why are you up is so early
