As the bus neared the school, I got a good look at the building. It was HUGE. Okay, that's the understatement of the century.
There were six buildings in all. the auditorium, gym, cafeteria, freshman building, sophomore building, and the junior and senior building.
There was also a soccer field, football field, and tennis court. The bus then came to a stop before I could see anything else. My brother leaned down in my ear, "Welcome to Eastern High, sis."
"Wow..." that's all I could say. Wow...
Everyone got off and I was left with Lily. "Well, we better get going." We headed to the junior and senior building. There must of been at least a thousand people walking in. we walked to the front office.
"Ummm... Hi I'm Jasmine Smith and this is Lily..." I drowned off not knowing her last name.
"Ewing. Lily Ewing." the receptionist gave us a warm smile and handed us our schedules. We walked out of the office and compared classes. "I have history first. What about you?" She replied, "Math. "
"Oh.." " But, it looks like we have third, sixth, and seventh period together. Not to mention lunch." Lily said cheerfully.
Just then the warning bell went off. "Well I guess that means we need to get to class," "Yeah... see you at third period," and with that Lily bounced off to her class and left me all alone.
