After completing his conference he reached his place around midnight. He got surprised to see his father in the hall. He greeted him with a hug and moist eyes. Ravi patted his back to calm him down. After few minutes shivay broke the hug.
Shivay: Dad when did you come He asked all happy?? Why you have come here is there any problem. He asked in panicked.
Shakti: Hy...hey..calm down dear. I am perfectly alright. But I do have serious reason to be here.
Shivay: What dad ??
Shakti: I got information that you are roaming around with some teenage girl. He said in an utterly serious tone.
Shivay: Da...d. I..... He just bows his head down not able to alter a single word.
Seeing him bowing down Ravi shouted at him "Have you done anything wrong" to which shivay nods his head in negative " then keep high your head" Firstly go and fresh up then we will talk.
Until shivay come Shakti arrange dinner for them.
Shakti: Now tell me who is she? And what you want from her. He asked in a strict tone.
Shivay: Dad her name is Anika and she is an orphan. He said in a low tone.
Shakti: So you thought that you can play with her. You are going back to California. He nearly shouted in high pitch. Well aware of his playboy ways.
Shivay: No... no... dad, I am not playing around with her. I do like her no no no in fact I love her dad. He panicked like anything.
Shakti: Shiv I don't want you to get curse by an innocent girl till now you meet girls who were interested in you sharing the same interest as yours but I don't think she is that kind of girl. So you should leave for the USA.
Shivay: No dad I truly love her. I can't imagine my life without her so don't do this to me. He pleaded to his dad
He can be a mighty angry businessman for the world but in front of his father, he is still a lost child.
Shakti: Really?? Just in two days, you can't imagine your life without her. She is just a 17-year-old innocent girl blind about high luxury society. Come on shiv I know your way of living. He said in a calm tone
Shivaay: No dad I do have feelings for her. I know that she is a minor but promise I will not stanch her life or innocence from her. I will take care of her like a flower. Do you know she is just like a fresh bud always run here and there? She loves to play with kittens today only I took her to play with them. He continued his blabbering with a hint of a dreamy smile while Shakti stood there totally assumed by his son's behaviour but got it that his son is smitten by a little girl. But have doubts regarding "that girls" reality.
Shakti: Okay okay calm down dear. I got it that you love her. I am so happy finally you find someone to love with your whole life. But you have to maintain distance from her.
Shivay: Okay I will. He agreed in the blink of a second.
Shakti: How? when you have appointed her like you "PERSONAL PA". He asked with a smirk.
Shivay: No problem dad. I will seat on my chair and will ask her to work from the couch or vice versa he said with a grin
Shakti his head at his son's stupid idea.
Shakti: Shiv are you dumb from birth or it's due to some head injury?? He asked in total disbelief " I said you have to maintain distance, not social distance". You fool and stop grinning like a stupid. She will work under me. He announced.
Shivay: What??? With a horrified expression. No, she will work with me. I will not let you take her from me.
Shakti: Who said that I am taking her anywhere. Ohh I think I forget to mention that from now on words I am going to work from Mysore.
Shivay breathes a sigh of relief.
Shivay: Thank you so much, dad. Suddenly something blinks at him. Are you going to stay with me? To which Shakti nod his head in positive. Shivay hugs him in happiness.
Shakti: Go and take a rest now.
Both went to the respective room.
Shakti POV.
Thank you, god that you bless my child. I will make sure he gets what he wants. Already due to my mistake he suffered and suffering but now I can see a ray of light in his dark life by hook or crook I will lighten his world. If Anika is what I found and shivay discover then I have to protect her as well and if it's just a face then you will meet the real me. Let's meet you, Anika.
The next morning Shakti send Khanna to pick Anika much to shivay's displease. As he fears what if instead of bringing happiness in his Shiv's life she push him more in a cave.

Shivay was eagerly waiting for Anika while Shakti was all ready to interview her.
Shivay: Dad. See right now when you look towards me you have softness in your eyes. Please maintain it while talking with her as well she is a kid so please deal with her like an elder not as a boss.
Shakti: Do you want me to do a childish play interview?? He asked in annoyance.
Shivay: Dad tries to understand it's me who forces her into this job, not a way around.
Shakti shakes his head in understanding.
Shakti: Call Khanna where the hell they have stuck which make them late by 10 minutes.
Whereas, on the other side as soon as Anika saw a huge garden with squirrels and other few birds in the office she ran there started to play with them forgetting she is here for work not to enjoy. While Khanna faces a hard time catching her. Just then he got a call from his boss.
Shivaay: where are you ???
Khanna: Sir we are on the office premises only but I am unable to catch honey.
Before Shivaay could scold him Shakti stanched a phone from him and ask him to reach here within 2 minutes.
Left with no option Khanna forcibly pick Anika in his arms as if she is a small kid and start towards Shivay's cabin. Once he got permission to enter in the drops her beside shivay who was spitting fire from his eyes seeing his princess in Khanna's arms.
Anika greets shivay with a beautiful smile in return got a warm smile. Interpreted by Shakti who clears his throat. Anika was take back seeing the new person but nether-less gave a smile.
Shakti: I am Shakti your boss you are going to assist me. He introduces himself extending a hand for a handshake
Anika: I am Anika. She reciprocates his actions. Then turn to shivay. 'Bear you did not mention that I will work for your boss'. She gives him confuse look.
Shivay: ( holding her hand) He needs urgent assistance so now for few days work with him then you can join me. Okay??
Anika: Sir what do I have to do??
Ravi: Mishra will explain you. Then he sees towards Khanna and said " Khanna drop her till Mishra's cabin.
Khanna leads her to Mishra. Shakti also took the step to go into his cabin but was stopped by shivay.
Shivay: Dad please don't hurt her with any harsh words or behaviour. She is totally unaware of me and my life. He requested with a folded hand which shocked Shakti to no end.
Shakti: Trust me. By the end of the day, she will be charmed by me. He said playfully to light the atmosphere. But gain a hard glare from his son to which he laughed off making him more irritated.
Shakti went to his cabin while shivay drown in his files.
