i try to ignore what just happened, but the stranger kept appearing in my head

looking through the crowd i see the dirty blonde tall man again, he left the room he was once in

he scans the room again, his eyes stop moving when they meet mine, he holds the eye contact for a few seconds

before smiling and turning away

being a female in tight dress all the time, men always stared at me, i was used to it at this point

but this felt different, more genuine and felt more mysterious

i wanted to know more, but i need to identify who this man is first

i walk to a different spot, eyes scanning the crowd in search for not only my target but for the mysterious man as well

i spot the mysterious man, i got a closer look.

there were several people surrounding him

he was wearing a white long sleeved shirt but the sleeves were rolled up

his pants fitted, there was a lime green tie around his neck, his hair messy dirty blonde, freckles spread out on his face, green eyes

he looked kinda good

wait a second..

lime green tie? only one person was ever seen wearing it or even allowed to wear it

oh shit

panic immediatly rushed over my body, he was the boss of the most powerful and dangerous group ever

"shit that's the boss of the most dangerous gang"i whisper under my breath

i position myself so that i was out of his sight

the one person techno warned me about, the one person every single person i met when i started this business warned me about

"if you ever see a lime green tie around his neck, stay away from him, dont even make eye contact with him" technos words replayed in my head

"fuck fuck fuck" i say hoping that he didnt already plan to kill me

just as i was panicking, i see my target walk into a room by himself

"fuck it, i have something to take care of, i'll think about this later" i say

wiping my palms on my dress, i walk towards the room, it was fucking freezing but my hands were still sweating

my thoughts were racing miles per second, i take a deep breath in

i walk into the room, the room was gorgeous, the dark walls were complimented by the red furniture

i see my target sitting on one the chairs, drinking by himself

"perfect" i mutter under my breath

i quickly run my hands through my hair and make sure i was presentable before walking in

"hey there, is this chair taken?" i ask sweetly placing my hands on the back of the chair

"what does it look like?" he says clearly annoyed, he didnt look up at me

oh god this is going to be tough, i roll my eyes

"oh come on dont need to be rude, let me give you company" i say sweetly pulling the chair

"im not inter-" he pauses when he looks up at me, "why dont you sit down" he says changing his tone

i laugh softly, pathetic

i sit down, facing my body towards him, making sure my dress my exposing enough skin, but not too much

he shouldnt be able to see my weapon

"y/n" i say offering my hand

"josh" he says taking my hand

"its a pleasure to meet you josh" i say softly

"now tell me whats a handsome man like you doing all by himself?" i say faking my interest in him

"why does that matter?" he asks smiling

"tell me what a pretty woman like you is doing with me" he says

i was cringing inside

"i was watching you drink all by yourself, you looked upset so i came here to keep you company" i say softly making eye contact

"you noticed that i was upset?" he asked

"of course i did, i tend to study people easily" i say faking a laughter

"oh i see" he says taking my hand and placing a kiss on it

men are so naive

a waiter walks past us, josh calls out

"hey can i get two of those?" he asks

the waiter nods

wow already? this is going to be easy, i thought to myself

"make that three" josh says after looking up behind me

what the- i felt someones presense behind me

i spin my head around ready for anything

my eyes meet a familiar pair of emerald green eyes i saw just now

"fuck" i mutter soft enough for just me to hear
