The Flowers that Blossomed

Chapter 1

Third Person POV

Izuku fiddled with his engagement ring as he spoke to Keigo. "Izuku you need to calm down kid." Keigo chuckled as he ruffed the greenettes' hair. "What if Kacchan got hurt? He couldn't patrol with Kiri because he's off today!" Izuku started to panic, Keigo knew his anxiety was acting up. "Izuku, did you take your medication today?" The blonde wrapped his wings around the 19 year old. "Maybe not..." Izuku held his head in shame. "You really need to be taking it," Keigo sighed. "I know!" Izuku gave Keigo a hug. "Let's go get some coffee," Keigo laughed at Izuku's childish antics. "Fine." Izuku needed some caffeine running in his veins given that him and Bakugou had both been out in the field since five in the morning.

While both males walked their, they talked about anything and everything. Izuku had had an eventful year so he liked to talk to Hawks about different things that happened given that he wasn't there for a lot of it. "Hey, have you talked to your brother yet?" Keigo asked the greenette, "Not yet.." Izuku scratched his neck, "I've been scared to talk to him.. I'm not sure if he's mad at me." The tanned male sighed. "I'm sure he isn't," Keigo patted his back. "You never know." Izuku groaned as they finally got to the coffee machine, "Hmmm.. I wouldn't say that." Keigo grabbed both of them cups and started up the machine. "How would you know?" Izuku pestered Keigo. "I just do baby bird, now sit down and chill out." Keigo chuckled, Izuku plopped on the chair behind him. "How do they make coffee? Do coffee beans grow on trees?" Keigo glanced back at the greenette. "Did you take your ADHD medication?" The blonde asked as he gave Izuku his coffee, he made sure to put several sugar packets just how the greenette likes it. "Don't think so, we were rushing." Izuku answered truthfully. "What did you take today?!" Keigo started to make his coffee. "I don't think I took anything today.." Izuku took a long sip of his coffee. "So you didn't take your antidepressants, your anxiety medication, your ADHD medication, or your iron supplements?!" Keigo pinched the bridge of his nose, "I'm surprised you didn't pass out in the field." The blonde grabbed his coffee and sat next to Izuku. "Yeah-" Izuku was disturbed mid-sentence, "Number 1. Please head out to the field we need you!" Jiro's voice rang through everyone's earpiece. "I'm coming Jiro!" Izuku responded quickly. He downed his coffee and threw the cup in the trash, "Take these!" Keigo gave Izuku two iron pills. "Do you just hold these?" Izuku was really grateful for his basically older brother. "Gotta watch out for you." Keigo gave Izuku a smile.

The greenette swallowed those pills like a champ and  started up AFO. "I thought you hate that quirk?" Keigo cocked his eyebrow. "You're completely correct, I do." Izuku grumbled, "But i hate the way my father used it. Also it's much faster than using OFA- and whatever it branches off into." Izuku sighed, "Plus OFA-" Keigo cut Izuku off. "Baby bird, go save your fiancé and friends." The winged man knew the 19 year old would go on for ages. "Sorry! I'l explain it later." Izuku yelled while finally taking off.

Izuku's POV

I sprinted out of the building, I was a blurry of green and red. I didn't have time to waste, Kacchan was working with Jirou and Todoroki today, and if they need my help.. Some shit is going down. "Akira, track down Kyouka Jirou, Katsuki Bakugou, and Shoto Todoroki." I ask my suit, good thing Hatsume added Akira, but I added little tweaks and stuff to her. "Finding Katsuki Bakugou, Kyouka Jirou, and Shoto Todoroki." I stopped and glanced around as Akira searched for my boyfriend and my best friends. "I'll be taking you on the fastest route Deku, in about 2 miles take a left then keep straight." Akira instructed me, I quickly started up AFO once more, and did as she said. "Once you hit Sakura street take a right." Akira sounded as if she were rushing me. "Will do," I respond. I quickly look at the signs and feel a huge explosion come from my right, I picked up my pace. I see Jirou almost out of commission, Todoroki looks like he's on his last leg, and Kacchan... Oh my god.. "Kacchan?!" I scream out his name, but he didn't look my way. Please don't tell me he lost full hearing! I get closer but then I see how everyone actually look. Jirou was holding her ears, a pained look on her face, Shoto was using both his ice and fire, blood dripping into his eyes, and Kacchan.. Kacchan looked dazed, he was staring at his legs. When I finally get to him, I see that he's missing the bottom half of his leg. "Katsuki Bakugou?!" I felt my whole world closing in on me. He still didn't look at me. I slid next to him and ripped the top of my hero suit off, wrapped what was left of his leg, and stood up. "Don't call for back up!" I yell at Shoto, "But Midoriya!-" I yell out of frustration. "They won't get here fast enough! Come get Kacchan and Carry Jirou!" I scream directions at the number three, he finally listens to me. "Oh, another small fry~" The villain looked my way, I cringed. He smelled like shit. I quickly powered up OFA and Blackwhip. "You're going to pay you fucker." I seethed. He laughed.

Third Person POV:

Izuku managed to beat the villain, but not without losing a limb. The villains quirk was Steal, this quirk allowed him to steal any part of the body and consume it to give him more energy. He managed to steal on of Jirou's earphone jacks, luckily for they they grow back (My AU), he almost took Todoroki's arm but he managed to keep a wall of fire and ice between them, but Bakugou was persistent. He didn't want Izuku to be called to help them out since he knew that they hadn't take their medication today, but his persistentness ended up causing him to painfully lose the bottom part of his leg and his huge explosions caused him to lose full hearing in his ears. The greenette lost the same part of his leg but it was the left leg unlike Bakugou who lost the right leg.

Kirishima was called the minute both boys went into surgery, the redhead didn't even bother redoing his hair or making himself look decent, he just threw on his shoes, hopped in the car, and drove to the hospital they were doing the operation at.
