The Flowers that Blossomed

(My mental state has been shitty so I haven't updated any of my stories but..
It's about drive
it's about power
we stay hungry
we devour
put in the work
put in the hours
and take what's ours) (Also, I've decided we need a bit more ShinKami since they are the ones housing the broken trio! Baking Escapade!)

Hitoshi's POV:

I decided to check on the trio, I felt bad for snapping at Kirishima earlier, but it seemed he needed it and I do what I think is fit for them to get it together. 

I peaked my head into their room and saw all three of them knocked out and snoring. "How nice." I whispered while closing the door and turning away. "Shin, are they sleeping?" Denki asked me while peaking his head around the corner. "Yeah, they are.. Surprisingly." I walked up to my boyfriend and gave him a kiss on the forehead. "We should make cookies! Zuku loves sugar cookies, Kat loves cinnamon, and Kiri likes choco chip!" Denki bounced around, his happiness spreading to me like wildfire. "Sure electro bug." I could never say no to this sweet boy. 

I grabbed his hand and led him to the kitchen. "Remember, watch the cookies." I said the one rule before we even started baking so it would be lingering in his scattered thoughts. "Right! Watch the cookies!" He repeated the rule back to me, allowing me to know he was listening instead of lurking into his headspace and singing songs. 

I quickly gave him his apron then put my own on, when Denki's in the kitchen with me.... It'll always be a mess no matter what. "Thank you!" Denki poked my arm before sliding around the kitchen, grabbing bowls, and utensils for our little baking episode. I quietly grabbed the flour, sugar, salt, butter, and whatever else we may need to make these cookies. "Do you want red velvet cookies Denks?" I asked while reaching in the pantry for chocolate chips. "Yes please! That would be super awesome!" I heard the excitement in voice which caused me to feel a bit more ecstatic for our little baking escapade. 

(Y'all I be thinking of words idfk the meaning of, then I use them.. Like after posting I find out what the word is and realize it's being correctly used so... I guess I retain words like a sponge inhaling water.)
