"Alright guys come on in we're going to start with bear crawl and then candle stick fulls new guys josh will help with tumbling."
"Ew why does a guy have to help us can't one of these pretty lady's help me?" Someone said but I couldn't make out who it was
None of us liked them because i told them everything they did.
By the end of one set of bear crawls the boys were dead. Now it was time to go to the ally.
"Alright smos 5 miles, Nash, Taylor, carter and Matt 6 because you started to flirt with the girls."
The rest of practice went by slowly as the boys couldn't keep up with us. I'm pretty sure they would have any energy tomorrow
