(A/n)
Hey guys! As promised, this part's longer ^^
I have nothing else to say but that I hope you enjoy it!~
I turned on my heel when I heard a chuckling noise from behind me. I saw a shadowy figure, that seemed to be cloaked, and in the silhouette I could make out another person. I figured that the other person must be the girl, and that the person wearing the robe/cloak had stolen her. I growled, revving up my chainsaw. "Give me (Y/n)," I said. "Or I'll have to shred you to bits."
At that the figure began to chuckle. I glared. How dare this fool laugh at me!? I'll cut him open and tear up his insides!! Then we'll see who's laughing! The person went from creepily chuckling to insane laughter. I then recognized the voice of the person...
"Undertaker?" I questioned.
The silver-haired Reaper stepped out of the shadows, smiling. "Well done, Grell. It only took you five more seconds than last time to figure out it was me." He said, giggling. (Y/n) stood behind him, still holding that gun in her hand. "How...why... okay, will someone please explain to me what is going on here!?" I demanded. Undertaker smiled. "Well, you see, I saw you chasing dear (Y/n) from my parlor window, you see," He began, pulling out a small jar and taking a bite out of a dog treat that was inside it, "And so I couldn't let you harm her, oh no, so I came and saved her." He finished. (Y/n) stepped forward a bit. "Undertaker and I are close aqquaintances, but I never imagined he was...one of you Grim Reaper thingies." She said.
Undertaker chuckled. "Well, as long as Mister Grell here has reason to be chasing you, I'll not interfere anymore." He said, finishing off the dog biscuit. (Y/n) looked at me, then cocked her gun. I put my hands up, showing I wasn't going to harm her. Or at least I hoped that's the message that came across. "Listen, I'm trying to help you, you little brat." I said, walking over and pointing my finger to her face. "I'm going to give you a home to stay in, since you can't exactly stay here now that you know." I told her. She scoffed. "As nice as a new place to live sounds, I'd rather not share it with a stupid redhead who attempted to murder me." She said. I raised an eyebrow. "That was for a reason! I thought you were on the To-Die-List. And besides, I'll not try and kill you anymore. I'm opening up my home to you, you could at least be grateful you don't have to live in that wretched apartment with your wretched roommate! I'm doing you a favor!" I scolded. (Y/n) sighed and looked at Undertaker, who gestured a too-long-sleeved hand toward me, motioning for her to agree. She looked at me, then at him, then back at me.
"Fine, but If I lose a leg in the next two days, I'm leaving." She said after what seemed like an eternity. I smiled. Finally, the fly stops struggling in the web! For the most part. And no, that wasn't meant to be a reference to that horrid Spider Demon, Faustus what's-his-face. "Alright, sweetie, come along then! I forgot I still have to Reap my last soul for today, and it's awfully dark.." I said, looking up at the moon. (Y/n) holstered her gun. "Are you going to show me to your house, then?" She asked. I nodded, replying with, "Yep, let's go!"
Before I dragged her off, I waved good-bye to Undertaker. "Bye, mister Sutcliff. hehe" He said. "See you later, Adrian!~" I whispered before grabbing (Y/n)'s hand and dragging her to my house, which was, fortunately pretty close to where we were, about five blocks. When we got there, I unlocked and opened the door, revealing a living room decorated with- you guessed it- everything in red. She stood there taking in all the crimson, blood red and cherry, and I ushered her to a comfy chair and handed her a book. "Thanks...?" She said in response to this. "No problem, I'll be back to set up your bed and everything in about an hour!" I said, realizing how late I was going to be, and rushing back out the door and to reap the last soul.
"Honey, I'm home!~" I called out as I walked in. "Joking, darling, the only person I'd ever say that to is Ba- well, nevermind." I tossed my coat on the coatrack and looked around. "(Y/n)?" I called. She wasn't in the living room. Just as I was about to walk into the kitchen I heard a loud crash from inside.
I stepped in quickly to see red everywhere, and not in the good way. It wasn't her blood either. It was plates. My red plates had been broken, and (Y/n) was sitting right in the middle of the broken shards. "What happened in here!?" I demanded. She looked up at me. "I wanted to eat something, I'm hungry. But then this happened." She said, standing up. I sighed. "Girl, I swear, what'll I ever do with you?" I said, smiling. I went to the closet to grab a broom. "I'll make something to eat here in a minute, dear, but you mustn't do that sort of thing!" I told her, beginning to sweep up the shards of broken platter.
(Y/n) looked at me. "You'll just have to Live With It." she said.

YOU ARE READING
Deadly Efficiency (Grell x Reader)
RomanceOk, so, I've read quite a few "Character x readers" and I always enjoyed when certain parts had the character you were in love with in the story's point of view. So, I decided, why not make an x reader that's entirely the character's point of view...
