The next day, Taehyung woke up completely forgetting about Jungkook; all he could think of was that if he didn't move his ass, he'd be late for class.

Taehyung dashed into his bathroom and took a shower. After a few minutes, he goes to his large walk-in closet and puts on some appropriate clothing for university. He then began his skin care routine, covered the marks on his neck, applied a little lip gloss to his lips, and, of course, sprayed his favorite scent all over himself.

When Taehyung finished preparing for school, he headed downstairs and found his parents and Yeonjun eating breakfast. Taehyung sat next to his brother, who was eating plenty of bacon on his plate.

"Gosh, Junie, you totally ignored the mixed vegetables in front of you," Taehyung said, looking at his brother with wide eyes.

"Good morning, brother," Yeonjun said after taking a bite of his bacon.

"What time did you arrive last night?" Taehyung asked.

"10 in the evening," Yeonjun responded, wiping his mouth with the table napkin before returning it to his lap.

Taehyung took a tablespoon of mixed vegetables and placed it on his plate.

"Dear, aren't you going to tell us something?" Hyunbin, Taehyung's dad, questioned.

Taehyung was confused. He's not sure what his father was talking about. Is it about school? They already know he will compete in the battle of the brains. Is it related to his health? However, he is in good shape. He has no idea why both of his parents are staring at him so seriously and asking such intriguing questions.

"Tell about what, dad?" Taehyung asked, puzzled.

"Jeon Jungkook called us last night and said he'd take you with him after class. He wanted to see your photographs," Yejin remarked, causing Taehyung to choke on his food.

Yeonjun promptly and gently patted his brother's back out of worry.

"Yah, Taehyung! What are you doing?" Yeonjun questioned, frightened. Hyunbin handed Taehyung a glass of water, and Yejin dashed towards his kid. That is how protective they are of Taehyung, and Jungkook is aware of it; he noticed it during a meal at Kim's mansion.

"I'm fine," Taehyung said as he straightened himself. Yejin returned to her seat, and Hyunbin and Yeojun straightened their posture after Taehyung assured them that he was okay.

"So about your plan after school? Care to tell us about it and why I need to hear it from Jungkook first and not from you?" Yejin asked.

"I totally forgot I agreed to meet him after class; what the hell!" Taehyung thought to himself.

"About that, mom, I'm sorry; actually, I forgot about it myself. See, I didn't bring my flash drive with me," Taehyung said. Yes, he's being honest; he completely forgot about Jungkook. He is also being honest when he says he did not carry his flash drive. Why should he? Jungkook is the one who will show him something, rather than the other way around.

Some individuals may feel eager or nervous about what Jungkook and him planned, but he completely forgot about it. Of course, he will not remember it; he has trained himself not to develop feelings for anyone or to be attracted to someone because of his heart problems. He does not want to put his life in danger, so he does not feel excited at all; instead, he forgot about their plan.

"Jungkook said one of his friends will have an art exhibit and is asking for help finding some good photographs and paintings. He said if his friend will like your portfolio, then you might get a spot in their show room," Yejin went on to say.
