the sun glazing through east London's streets, people buying what they need and spending time with families, but it's just a average day. clouds were shifting the sky with the sun glazing behind it. with cars honking at each other and other birds chirping and dogs barking at homes. on the highway to interstate 40. a deer was walking, madly to the grass. the deer was brown as it was a female, she sniffed the grass as she ate a piece of it. it felt crunchy to her. she acted it as without histrion, she choked, causing deer to run in a frenzy while acting weird as it was the Virus, "Tension". a fungus like virus that drives you to act fast and have your brain on rabies. the deer ran in hurry passing other trees as the deer ran onto the highway, jumping onto it as a car came flying down, hitting the deer in the face as she slides across the highway, drifting blood on the road as the car stopped, seeing the deer not moving, until that day.
The guy came out of his car, seeing the deer not moving at all.
I turned my head slowly to her "mom, sure, right now, I'm enjoying my own music, would you mind?" she turns her head to me. "also, if you like, can I have some pop?"
mom said to me, gently, "go ahead, I don't mind, so, I've been hearing, on the news, that, there were 3 fatal car accidents, here, in south of London."
I said, after giving one ear-pod out of my left ear "3? accidents in south? wow." trying not to act surprised. "also, mom, don't you. don't you think there might be a apocalypse soon?"
as we got home, mom stopped her brakes, she put her head down, and looked back up to me, she had said quietly "honey, what makes you say that? we hadn't even heard of a outbreak on the news for years!"
i said to her "I know mom, but please, I've seen so much of it from movies, tv shows, etc. but, I just felt is happening, too soon." slamming the door on left side.
as I got in, I waved to my brother, joe, which he waved back, form his yellow blonde hair, still playing with his dinosaurs. I run upstairs to my room, I jumped on the bed, and turn to call my friend, Milly. she hasn't been to school over a week now, her blonde fluffy ponytail it's too cute. I text to her, and she respond back a smiley face. I send her one too.
mom said to joe "joe, have you finished your homework yet? I've been asking you so many times." she stopped her breath. "also, I've bought a new shirt for ya."
joe looked up, "oh, why thanks mom!" he stopped playing with his dinosaurs. "I've got it done, no worries."
since I got done texting with my friend, I headed over to my sketchbook, and decided to listen to music while drawing, but then I got a notification on my charging phone. it was from the news. I pulled out my ear-pods, and read it. the news read:
"we've been hearing some more reports of more car accidents from south, of London, cars flipped over, people are running away, the London army coast has been sent out to find out what's really happening. trains stopped working, a boat from the nearby shore crashes into dock, leaving people speechless. we'll find out what's really going on, next."
I said 'oh my. I have to tell mom this!" I dashed out of my room. "mom! mom! you have to hear this!"
then, I found out my mom and joe were watching the news too on tv. I walked over to them. mom was scared, joe was but he is freaking out. I put my phone away in my bookbag, what is really going on?
-Chapter 2: the rise has began-
after I took a nap on my bed, I decided to gather some of my stuffed animals, sketchbooks, chargers, etc. even a A-23 pocket knife. sharpest one here. I walked down stairs, mom was nowhere, she was outside, trying to start her car. joe on the other hand, was looking at the left, to the road. I walked over to him.
