***3 Months Later***
Roman Reigns
I was in my hotel room as I held Abby on the couch. She's been an emotional wreck ever since Colby put Jon's head through cinder blocks.
She freaked out when it almost happened to me. She's been beating the shit out of Colby ever since that day.
Right now, she was cuddled up to me with Jon's shirt and basketball shorts on. We haven't heard anything from Jon.
"You ok, babygurl?" I ask.
She sniffles and nods then I kiss her head and she sits up but hisses.
"You ok?" I ask.
"Yeah it's just my tattoo." She says.
"What do you mean? What tattoo?" I ask.
"You've known me for how long and you never saw I have tattoos?" She asks.
"I only know of and see the ones on your arms." I say.
"I have one on my hip, another one on my thigh, and then I just got a new one today." she says.
"Can I see it?" I ask.
She takes Jon's shirt off and I see 'Jonathan' written in cursive under a Dean Ambrose logo.
I chuckle and take a picture. She giggles.
"What are your other tattoos?" I ask, curious.
"One is the cross and my other is two big ass red roses with a quote that says 'Open Your Mind Before Your Mouth' next to it." She says.
"Oh that's cool." I say.
"Thanks. I'm gonna get some more when I go back to Scranton in a few weeks with my brother and some of our friends." she says.
I smile. She smiles back and pokes my cheek and I put her in a headlock as she laughs. First laugh I've heard from her in 3 months.
I'll admit. I had a crush on Abby for a while but I knew both Jon and Colby liked her too. I decided to let them go for her.
Then, over time Abby became like my sister and best friend.
She gets me in a leg lock and I break out and we laugh. She's so skinny.
"Babygirl, when's the last time you ate?" I ask.
"The night you took me to the hospital for cutting and drinking." She says.
"Abigail, that was 3 weeks ago." I say.
She looks away. I stand her up and she leaned against the wall.
"You don't need to worry, Joe." She says.
"That's like me saying you don't need to worry about Jon." I say.
She sighs. I make her look at me. I saw pain and sadness in her eyes. I did something that might ruin a lot of friendships. I kissed her.
She slowly kissed back. I can tell she's confused. I pull away.
"I had a crush on you for a long time, Abby. I didn't say anything because I knew Colby and Jon liked you. I know you're with Jon but I had to get that out of me. I understand if you don't wanna speak to or see me again." I say.
"It's fine, Joe... I had a crush on you for a while too, but... I like Colby, I really like you... but I love Jon. He's the one. I hope I don't hurt or lose you." She says.
"You're never gonna lose me, Abby." I say.
I hug her and she hugs back. I got her an apple and tossed it to her and she catches it.
"Eat." I say.
She sighs and slowly eats it. I smile and ruffle her hair and she laughs.
Jon, you need to hurry the fuck up and recover then get your ass back over here.
