Shifting is a difficult concept to wrap your head around considering it’s literally insane if you really think about it but shifting is simply moving your consciousness from one reality to another. not your whole body going into another reality; but specifically, your subconscious. I'm going to teach you how to do that after I explain what it is, ok so there’s something called the multiverse theory, meaning there are infinite realities we can shift to. We shift all the time, every second of the day without even noticing. here’s an example; you woke up this morning and decided to drink water instead of coffee: there’s a reality where you decided to drink coffee instead of water that morning and there’s another reality where you decided to drink tea instead of water and or coffee etc. so by making that choice you subconsciously shifted into a reality where you made that decision.  

 
PART 2. with that information we know that we subconsciously shift all the time. But what else are we capable of doing with this power? Well, if you train your subconscious to shift to other realities outside of this one, you’re able to shift wherever you’d like. Some of the more popular shifting destinations are Hogwarts and the mcu but you can really go wherever you want and yes, I mean wherever you want. I have a whole list of places I want to shift too. you can shift anywhere. The past, your favorite tv shows/ movies, a reality that isn’t based off a show or a movie, etc.  

 
PART 3: Now we’re going to get into how to shift. This is going to be short because I'll just make another doc with all this info in case you want to look over it. How to shift, ok so there’s a lot of misinformation on tiktok and other social platforms so please if you have any questions just ask me. 

 
𝕀𝕤 𝕊𝕙𝕚𝕗𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕛𝕦𝕤𝕥 𝕃𝕦𝕔𝕚𝕕 𝔻𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕘? 

NO!  

There is a major difference between Lucid dreaming and shifting! 

During a Lucid dream, your consciousness wakes up mid dream making you realize that you are in fact dreaming. During a Lucid dream you are completely aware of the fact that you are dreaming. During dreams you can’t feel things or get physically hurt, it just feels like a normal dream, the only difference being that you can control your actions and what happens within the dream.  

Shifting is an entirely different thing.  

While shifting everything feels real, you 100% know that you are not in a dream. You feel exactly like you would in your CR (current reality). Everything is your DR (desired reality) is real. anything you learn over there you will still know when you return to your CR unless you specifically scripted that you couldn’t remember anything.  

The people that you meet in your DR are real people, so do your best not to hurt them physically and/or emotionally because it will harm them. this isn’t your reality; you’re just visiting it. so please be mindful and try not to abuse your power.  

 
𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕚𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕠𝕚𝕕 𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕖? 

The void state is a state of mind where you are nothing and everything at the same time. It’s like a dream but it most definitely isn’t. The void state is where your body has fully fallen asleep, but your consciousness is completely awake. in the  void state you’ll be completely aware of the fact that you have reached it because as I said before, your consciousness is completely awake it would usually just look like a big dark void. 

ℍ𝕠𝕨 𝕥𝕠 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕔𝕙 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕍𝕠𝕚𝕕 𝕊𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕖 

Step one - lay down on your back or your stomach, whatever is more comfortable. 

 
Step two - Say affirmations like “I am a consciousness not attached to any reality” keep in mind that you do not need more than one affirmation so don’t worry about only using one. 

 
Step three - DO NOT MOVE!! It is important that you do not move because you need to let your body fall asleep. I know it sounds hard, but this is not a sleep method so don’t worry about not being able to fall asleep. 

If your mind wonders it's okay, just keep the main goal in mind.  

Also, try not to have doubts, it’s okay to have them but you’re going to have to think over them, let them go and move on. Everyone has reached the void state at least a few times in their life and it’s a normal thing.  

Step four - Once you have reached the void state start thinking about your DR and change to affirmations like “I have shifted” “I am shifting” or “I’m going home” At this point it should be super simple to reach your DR or your WR (waiting room), whichever is easiest.  

 
-REPROGRAMMING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS-  

 
Reprogramming your subconscious is just tricking your mind into believing a piece of information. This is beneficial to shifters because it removes those second doubts you have inside of your mind and it may also help with your “final push” PSA: everyone’s experience is different, meaning you may not have a final push, so don’t be looking out for one because you might not have one, it makes shifters believe they need that final push. you do not need that final push to shift. 

day one: write a list of your beliefs and non-beliefs, add shifting to the list of beliefs. After that, do a manifestation method, any manifestation method of your choice and manifest that your beliefs are correct and that you're motivated to shift and believe in shifting. Day two is considered a break; you should dedicate that day completely to shifting. Go over your script, get yourself motivated; so, you would meditate, affirm, manifest whatever u need to do to be motivated, thank the universe that you were even introduced to shifting. Day 3 would be getting confirmation that shifting is real, find shiftokers or search up people’s shifting success stories or just think about what it would be like to shift for the first time just to make u feel more motivated and it’s good to have that belief that shifting is a real thing it’s really going to help.  

Step 4 would be setting an exact date for when you're going to shift. On that day you will shift, there will be no “what if’s” or “buts” you will shift on that day.  

and then also dedicate the day you chose to shift to be as motivated as possible. Do whatever you need to get yourself in a good mood. You know it’s a day for preparation and then you shift and that’s it.  

Can you get stuck in your desired reality?  

NO, you cannot get stuck in your desired reality, it's physically impossible.  

How do you get out of your desired reality?  

You can script a safe word, phrase, or moment to help you shift back. you don’t need one because you’ll shift back eventually but I do recommend a safe word.  

What is a script?  

a script is simply a layout for your desired really (DR) you do not need a script, but I would recommend having one because it keeps u more organized. You can put anything in your script; looks, height, friends, family, eye color/ hair color etc. there are endless possibilities when it comes to shifting/scripting so script whatever you want.  

Methods: you don’t need a method to shift, but again; it’s more helpful to keep you organized. If you feel trapped with the methods that already exist you can create your own, it’ll work the same.
