Neo was sitting in the corner of their room, crying and weeping and worried about her sister.
"I...hope she's okay." Neo said sadly.

Neo opens her laptop, she is home alone since her sister and mother are in the hospital. But then, their Mom called.
"Hey sweetie, there are a lot of food in the pantry, just go and get some, okay?"
"But mom, how is May? Is she okay?" Neo replied.
"Yes sweetie, she is resting for now, she will be okay, now just focus on your class."
"Ok, love you."
"love you too forever."
And her mom hungs up the phone. Neo ate breakfast and quickly took a bath.
7:30 AM
"Good Day, everyone, please open up your tabs because we are going to take a mini activity." Ms. Jillie said.
Out of focus but Neo still tried to pay attention even if she is thinking about her sister.
"Come on Neo, you can do this, your sister is going to be okay, pat your shoulders and relax." Neo said to herself.
8:15 AM
After the activity, Ms. Jillie announced something to the class.
"Good day class, we won't be having any more classes today, you are scheduled for your guidance orientation around 2 in the afternoon."
When Ms. Jillie ended the meeting, Neo sighed and went back to sleep.
12:00 PM
"What the heck? It's 12 already? Let me call mom."
Neo dialed and her mom answered.
"Hey sweetie, did you eat your lunch already?"
"Yeah mom, anyways, how is May? Is she okay?"
"Of course she is, by the way, she will be dismissed around 4 PM, so later we could go home already."
"Really? That's great. Ok I got to go, I have a seminar for our guidance."
"Ok honey, take care, love you."
Her mom hung up the call, Neo opened her laptop and goes to Facebook. There's one unread message by Ella.

"Wow, that was weird.. She asked me if I could be her friend." Neo said grinning.
2:00 PM The orientation is about to start and everyone is on time. The Headmaster arrived.
"Good Afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen. My name is Headmaster Shin, or just call me Sir Shin. I will be leading today's seminar about your guidance office. Does anybody have questions?"
Everyone is silent.
"Alright then, before we start, please choose a partner for the activity later, and raise your virtual hand to tell your adviser."
"Uh Ms. Jillie? I want to choose Neo as my partner." Ella said.
"Sure, I'll write it down, thank you." Ms. Jillie said
Ella winked at Neo, and of course Neo blushed slightly.
"I never regret liking you Ella." Neo said to herself.
The seminar ended at 4 in the afternoon, and someone knocked on Neo's house.
4:00 PM
"Who could that be?" Neo said.
"Mom! May! You're back!" Neo shout with joy.
"Hi big sis, I miss you a lot, it's so cold in the hospital." May said in a low voice.
"Neo, let your sister rest, I will cook for dinner, please take good care of her." Jen said.
"Sure, I will."
6:30 PM "May! Neo! Dinner is ready."
"We're coming Mom!" Neo said.
As Neo and May went down, an exciting news was flashed on the TV.
"Good Day Philippines, this has been the moment you have been waiting for, we are now COVID free! All classes will be face to face starting December 2020." The news reporter said.
"Wow... Time flies so fast." Neo said.
"Yeah Neo, I'm so excited for face to face classes." May said.
Everything has been okay for the past 6 months, Neo finished her 1st and 2nd semester of Grade 7, while May will soon be done in her 3rd grading. Ella and Neo became best friends after all their talks in online class.
As Neo entered the doors of Shyre Academy, a familiar voice come through.
"Neo?!" Ella said.
Neo gasped and saw Ella for the first time.
"E-ella?" Neo said.
"It's really good to see you now we can get along!"
"Yeah-" Neo cut off as something happened in the school canteen.
"What is that?" Ella said.
"I don't know, but let's check it out." Neo replied.
