"COME ON (Y/N) WE'RE GOING TO BE LATE!" Jake shouted
"Sorry if I was the one you guys made carry all the bags." I said sarcastically.
'Why did I agree to this.' I thought as I made my way to my friends.
Last week my friends decided to enter me into a raffle without my knowledge. What was the raffle for? Good Question. It was for the prize of a free vacation with four others to a month stay at a castle somewhere in eastern Europe? They never really said the cities name and if they did I wasn't paying attention. The next day I won so here we are at the airport getting ready to leave.
~In a castle in eastern Europe~
"Mother, when are our 'guests' suppose to arrive?" A brunette female asked as she entered the room.
"Sometime tomorrow morning, why?" The mother asked.
"Why did you agree to let Heisenberg to do that raffle?" The girl asked.
"Because Mother Miranda has deemed it necessary for what she has planned." The mother replied, "I don't know what it is, but I do know it has to do with one of the raffle participants."
"Are we able to feast on them?" She then asked.
"Not until I give the go. Now, Go and get your sisters ready for tomorrow, we want to impress our guests," The mother replied as the girl left, "Oh and Cassandra, please make sure there's no traces of your 'toys' for the guests to see."
"Yes mother." Cassandra said as she left.
~time skip~
I yawned as I walked off the plane with my friends.
"That was the most long 10 hours of my life." Jake said.
"Pretty sure my back is now messed up." Jessica said rubbing her lower back.
"Want me to pop it babe?" Jessica's boyfriend, Mark asked earning a nod
"Why don't you do that for me Jake?" Alexis asked.
"Does your back hurt?" Jake asked.
"Yes." Alexis said pouting slightly.
"Well then lemme pop it" Jake said.
"SIMP!" I shouted.
"AM NOT!" Jake shouted making me laugh.
Jake had brown hair that went down to his shoulders but always has it in a pony tail. Alexis his girlfriend has black hair that was just above her shoulders and is kept down but brushed neatly. Mark is a burly guy who is the most kindest soul you can find. Yeah, he can whoop someone's ass if he needs to but he prefers not to fight and find a peaceful solution. His girlfriend Jessica is an aspiring chef hoping to own her own restaurant sometime in the future. Me? I don't know what I want to be, haven't really put much thought into it.
"Excuse me, are you Mr. (L/n)?" A voice asked from behind us.
I turned around and saw a butler of standing there with a kind yet tired look on his face.
"Yes I am." I replied.
"And are these four with you as well?" He asked.
"Yes sir." I replied, and for a moment, his glance went from one of neutral to one of, sadness?
"Very well, please follow me to the car and we'll be on our way to the castle." He said, turning around and headed outside.

The drive to the castle was longer than I thought it would be and the village that they live near looks something out of a medieval movie aside from the occasional stores which looked modernized. When we got to the castle my eyes widen at how big it is and... how terrifying it looked.
"How old is this castle?" I asked the driver as he pulled up to the driveway.
"I believe it was built in the 15th century." He replied, "if you want to know more you should ask the lady herself when she isn't busy."
When he finally parked he got out and opened the doors for everyone before going to the trunk and grabbing our bags and handed them to us.
"Welcome!" A female voice said from behind us.

We turned around and saw a tall woman in a white dress and a fancy hat (don't know what those hats are called.) She walked over to us and smiled kindly.
"I'm Alcina Dimitrescu, the head of the castle, I prefer if you call me Lady Dimitrescu" She introduced her self, "Please follow me and we can get you all settled in."
We nodded and followed her inside where we saw a painting of the Lady herself at the entrance. As we continued to our rooms, I felt like I was being watched.
"Mother, are these our guests?" A woman asked coming out of a room.

"Why yes Bela, I have to see to something important, can you show them to their rooms?" Lady Dimitrescu asked.
"Of course mother, please follow me" Bela said with a smile that sent chills down our spines.
We nodded and followed closely. One by one, we were showed to our rooms, with me being last. As we walked Bela decided to strike up a conversation before we entered the room I'm staying in.
"You seem to be the only single one in your group, is that true?" She asked.
"A bit personal but yeah, I just have bad luck with girls." I replied, then I stuck my hand out for a shake "Oh, I'm (Y/n) By the way."
"Bela," She said smiling shaking my hand, "Once you get settled in, feel free to look around the castle, but we do have a few places you can't go to. Our personal quarters but that's obvious and the lower levels of the castle. Don't worry we'll tell your friends as well."
"Alright thank you Bela." I said.
She nodded and walked away as I entered my room and I was honestly impressed. It looked how one would imagine a room in a castle look.
"Welp, better unpack for now." I said as I set my suitcase on the bed and opened it.
A/n: And fist chapter done! Before we continue though this book will be loosely follow the lore of Resident Evil Village but other than that it's a completely different story. Also I'm starting work soon, but don't worry my slow ass updating skills wont get any slower. Any who I hope you all enjoyed! Rest of the girls will be introduced in the next chapter.
