Chapter 3

We now live with Dana and Mom, we moved here two years ago.

'I hear your heart beat to the beat of the drums,oh, what a shame that you came here with someone, so while you're here in my arms
Let's make the most of the night like we're gonna die young.....'

I irritatedly turned my alarm off and went back to sleep. Then suddenly someone knocked on my door and opened showing Dana's head walking over to me.
"Good morning lil sis", Dana said smiling.
"5 more minutes, Mum", I told Dana.
"Hey, better get ready, we have visitors coming!", Dana said.
"Fine", I got up my bed. "I'm gonna take a shower first", I said.
"Ok, take your time, I'm gonna be downstairs", Dana said. "Yup", I replied popping the 'p'.

After I took a shower, I opened my dresser and picked out a grey Muscle tee, a grayish white ripped hem denim shorts and decided to wear my black converse.

I headed downstairs to the kitchen, I saw Dana cooking breakfast.
"Hi Dana", I greeted Dana. He replied with a smile.
"Hey, I'll just get you a drink", he said as he put a plate of pancakes with egg and bacon in front of me.
"Ok, thanks", I said.
"Here, eat fast ok?, they'll be arriving soon", he said then gave me an orange juice. "Ok", I replied as I started eating.

"Hey Dana, where's mum and dad?", I asked with my mouth full. "Hey don't talk when you're mouth is full" he said. "Yeah,yeah" I said. "Oh, they said that they are going on a vacation while we are in charge of the house", he said. "Oh, ok good for them".
