-Recap- "what dorm did you get?" Midnight would look at her key. "I got room 15!" fear would rush to my face. My dorm is number 15.
-Midnights POV-
"Flower? you alright?" she would look at me "Midnight...I got dorm number 15" I would smile and laugh pretty hard. "what's so funny Midnight??" "funny joke flower! What's really your dorm number?" She would pass me her dorm key. it had the number 15 on it. I would look up blushing. I felt pretty bad for laughing. "uh...well um, I g-guess I will see you later...
I would walk off as fast as I could. I could feel Flower's eyes watch me as I walked off. I would look into a mirror which I was going to leave it here, at the place that I feel most safe. I would look closely at my blue eyes. why on earth would she ever liked me?! she's totally straight! and if she wasn't straight she wouldn't like me, I'm a, well tomboy, she's a girly girl!
my mom would call me down. to make sure I was packed up. "Hey, dearie ready to go? dads in the car waiting for you!" I would give her a big fake smile. "yup ready to go! love you, mum! can't wait to see you in a week or so" "bye Midnight, be good please!" I would sit in the front. My dad would look over at me. "sooo! yo ready to get a new dorm?" "mhm!" he would pass me something. "here's a few pictures of the dorms look like.
I would take a look. the dorms had one bathroom, two bedrooms, two closets, one sorta big kitchen." looks pretty cool dad." "I know right?!" My dad was always trying to act the age I was at, if I was four he acted like a four-year-old. If I was ten, he was acting like a ten-year-old. I guess that's just how my odd cringy dad acted. I feel bad for my mom, there won't be another girl to keep this weirdo from going over the limits.
When I made it, I didn't see Flower. She was probably unpacking right now or she's driving over here. most likely unpacking right now, I would say goodbye to my dad and walk into my new home. Flower was already was there she was carrying two boxes in. I would put down my boxes and start to unpack. There was an awkward silence, then she said "so um you glad that you can get away from your family?"
"sorta, I have no idea my mother is supposed to live a minute without me," I said laughing a little. When we were done unpacking we would talk for about ten minutes, and go to bed. I felt these eyes watching me, I kinda knew that it was Flower. "can't sleep?" I would ask. "no...just thinking about how I am not in my home-home anymore.
I had to agree with her. it was weird not to hear my mom and dad kiss away into the night for hours. I would turn on my light. and look over at her, she would blush. "you know you look pretty cute when you blush." she would blush harder and hide under her covers. About ten minutes later she would peek up from under the covers. I was reading my book when I notice that she was done hiding.
About an hour later talking about our weird memories or how we are going to make this dorm look like. I would wake up, my phone said that it was 6:30 AM in the morning. That's weird, I wake up at 7:30 most of the time. I would get up to go to the bathroom. I would walk out, Flower was still sleeping. I would walk over to a guitar case. open it, and start to play Death bed (cup of coffee) I would play for then minutes, Flower didn't know that I could play the guitar. I didn't know that Flower
heard me playing the guitar.
