I showed up to school the next day and walked into my hall. I saw her and she was sitting where she normally would, in a corner right by the water fountains with her eyes closed and hiding in her hoodie.

She was pathetic but rly pretty. I secretly took a quick picture and walked up to her. "Hey" I said quickly

She looked at me so weirdly, "Uh... hi??" She said.

She was acting as if she didn't know me. "Look, i know you comforted me yesterday and as much as that did help, it doesn't mean I like you any less or any more. So do me a favor, and stay out of my way. Im actually trying to survive 11th grade and your doing nothing to help that. just leave me alone." she stuttered a tad bit while talking.

i replied wit the most dumbest thing ever, "if you say so." and smiled.

she probably thinks i hate her now or something like that. truth is, i dont hate her. she just maked it hard for me to like her. but i love her... i think. i dont know, this whole teenage drama shit has got my brain up my ass.

i walked up to Santi, i felt like a dick doing it but it is what it is i guess. i mean, i had no other friends. we said hey to eachother and i asked him why he cheated on sheccid.

"dude that girl is so boring and she can be played like a board game." he laughed while saying that.

i just replied with, "No, shes actually a cool girl your just to blind to see it. blind ass bitch."

"I- bro are you joking or some shit? I mean, look at her- she covers up just too much. like learn to show some skin lmao." he said. he was being the biggest dickhead in existence. i kinda hated him.

sometimes i thought what life would be like if he wasnt here. maybe Sheccid wouldve actually liked me. who am i kidding? she too good for me anyways. i mean, yeah i like her but its not like we'll actually ever be together.

SWITCHING TO SHECCIDS POV

i feel so stupid. i think i might like carson. but, theres this other kid named eli. he complimented my ass one time so i dont think im ever going to like him.

i ran up to santi when i saw him in the hall. i was holding my tears back, it was quiet until i shouted, "you dumbass," with my voice trembling, "you couldve just said you didnt like me anymore instead of breaking my fucking heart!"

he pretty quickly said, "anymore? heh. i never liked you, i just like seeing you loose at something for once."

my books fell out of my arms and onto the floor. he smiled and walked away.

carson came up to me and picked up my books and murmered, "urm... your books?" and handed them to me.

i replied to him saying, "oh- uh- thanks."

after school, i went to the arcade, like always. The guy working at the counter today was Rob. They all know me.

when i walked in, i heard rob shout, "Hey sheccid!" id say he's in his mid-60s.

i quietly responded with, "hey rob," not so quietly so that he couldnt hear me but i didnt shout it, "do you have the new sniper elite 4 game for xbox one? i already tried gamestop at the mall but they didnt have it."

he told me is response to what i said, "ah, those have been selling out pretty quickely. luckily, i saved one just for you," he went behind the counter and i followed him over, "here you are. anything else?" he handed me the game with a sticky note saying my name on it.

"Nope, thats it," i replied with a smile, "thanks rob."

"anytime! you come back it you need anything, ill be here all week!" he shouted as i was walking out. I quickly got on my skateboard and skated home. it was already 8pm.

once i got home my mom looked at me and yelled, "where have you been?! i have been up worried sick waiting for you to get home. do you know how scary this is for a mom?!"

Alyzze stopped eating her dinner and whispered, "shits about to down." my mom didnt care that she cussed because she was already really mad at me.

i looked at my mom and said in a harsh tone, "I was at Rob's Arcade buying the new game. calm down, im fine."

she yelled back, "you should call me before you go anywhere after school hours!"

"mom, im turning 16 next month, i think ill be fine." i said quietly.

"i dont give a shit about your age! call me! Now go to your room. your grounded." she said back.

"well sorry." murmered while rolling my eyes.

i ran up to my room to play the new game i bought. i wanted to play with my bestfriend, Saylor. she moved away at the end of fourth grade and i didnt see her again until the middle of 5th grade when she came to visit.

i started the game, plugged in my headset and texted her saying to get on. we got over 10 kills by the end of the game. or until she had to go.

the day after that, it was saturday, i went to go ride my skateboard around my neighborhood.

i stopped to watch tommyinnit's stream on twitch. i sat on a curb with my skatboard laying next to me.

i was about half way in when i heard somebody come up behind me and say, "whatcha watching?" i looked behind me and it was carson.

i said, "tommy innit," trying not to giggle, "is that all you want?"

he said, "well, i was actually wondering if we could hang out? its cool if not."

"uh... i would love to but im actually grounded because i was out too late. sorry." i replied.

"oh that sucks, well, see you around i guess." he said while walking away with his hands in his pockets.

not even a week later, i got over santi and gained an obsession for a kid named Charlotte (cute girl from sheccids older sisters work ifykyk ;) -author)  we started going out and all that.

i woke up today and went to school like normal. me and Charlotte snuck into a classroom that wasnt being used. we were doing what normal teens do... cuddle, maybe a bit of making out, etc. we've been together for about a month, and by now im 16.

suddenly, the lights went out and we heard a loud beeping noise. a voice came on the loud speaker. "WARNING: THERE IS AN ACTIVE SHOOTER IN THE BUILDING. THIS IS NOT A DRILL."

me and charlotte go even closer and went to hide behind a teachers desk.

we were there for about an hour in silence until charlotte said, "hey, i really like you but i met somebody else who i think might be better for me."

"are you fucking serious? your breaking up with me? now?!" i replied, "Charlotte, we're about to die and your breaking up with me?!"

"im sorry, i just dont like you." she said trying not to show any emotions.

"yeah whatever" i got up and walked out into the halls. nobody was there so i walked to the bathroom. i was washing my hands when somebody grabbed me and covered my mouth with their hand.
