A.N- the one-shot book is out, please check it out, I will be posting more stories as I get more recommendations or ideas from you all in my stories, I can write any and every scenario (Smut, angst, headcanon, fluff.) you name it I can write it and with any character, even if it is a character I don't know, I'll just do some background research or sum, and in any AU, But I will usually write Female reader x character, because I don't think that I'll be able to write Male reader very well, so....sorry to my male readers but if I am requested to I will try my best to write. Narrator's point of view
"The top 42 from this round will be qualifying! But for those who placed lower, don't worry! There will be other events where you can show what you're made of!" Midnight announces as the others are escorted out "And now the main selection really begins! The press corps is going to be jumping out of their seats for this one so give it all you got!"
"Now, onto the second event! I, of course, already know what it is! Dying in suspense? Next up is....This!!"
"Cavalry battle?"
"Participants, on their own, will form teams of 2-4 members each and get into a horse-and-rider formation! The rules are fundamentally the same as those of an ordinary cavalry battle, snag your opponents' headbands while guarding your own but with one exception, each of you have been assigned a point value based on your performance in the last event."
"We'll earn points like in the entrance exam? Sounds pretty simple." Sato questions
"So, the point value of each team depends on its members!" Kaminari continues
"No, sato, if it was that easy then this wouldn't be the U.A. sports festival." You tell the two
"I'm about to explain, so just shut up already!!! Now, yes, and your individual point values start from 5 at the bottom, so the student who took the last place will hold 5 points, the 41st will hold 10 and so on, with one change in the trend for the first place holder, who gets 10 million points." Midnight smirks as she says the last part, while the rest of the students already start flocking to you
"The match will start 15 minutes, The rider will wear the headband displaying the total number of points, until the match ends, you have to protect your headband and take others', any headbands you grab have to be placed on your neck or anywhere higher and most importantly, even if you lose all points or even if your horse formation is broken, its not over till its over."
"Now, you've got 15 minutes to form your teams!!"
"Bakugou!" You call as you walk towards the explosive boy, who was himself surrounded by many of your class "How would you like to be in my team?" You ask, while grinning and pointing to yourself
"Fine, got any other teammates?"
"I've got a few in mind." you grin and walk over to kirishima who was looking lost as is "Kirishima, wanna be in my team?"
"Shitty hair? Really?"
"If you're the rider we need a sturdy front horse." You deadpan at the angry boy as kirishima nods
"Tch, and the last one?"
"hm....sero!"
"Yeah?" sero runs over, hopefully
"Mind being in my team?"
"I'd love to be in your team uchiha!" He smiles as he nods at the other two teammates
"okay....we've got 10 minutes to strategize."
"I'm the rider, obviously." Bakugou points to himself
"Why isn't f/n-san the rider?"
"It's because my defense would be better than any of you because of my eye jutsu."
"So...what's our plan? Everyone'll be after us for the 10 million."
"I wanna go after deku." bakugou announces, a tone of finality in his voice
"And I after todoroki." you laugh, the voice ringing through the stadium "Thats our plan, we defend our headband while going after midoriya and todoroki."
