Han Lived In America until present day and he is now 19 and they moved back to Tokyo but he hasn't seen Kae around since she hasn't been coming to any of the car races.. he assumes that she's not around anymore so he never asks and no one ever brings her up since she hasn't shown up in a year until..

the ages in this story probably don't match up well but Han is older than Kae
