Chapter 8: The Dream

ROSS'S P.O.V.

I fell asleep in my baby's arms. I wake up and I see flowers everywhere. Theres a lot of people looking at me. I look around and see I'm at someone's wedding. But who's?

I look down the isle and see Riker standing at the alter. He's wearing a white tux with a blue tie. I look down and notice that I'm wearing a white tux with a yellow tie.

I wonder why I'm wearing this and then it hit me. I'm at mine and Riker's wedding. When did we get engaged and why is it so soon? I look up at Riker and he smiles at me. I smile back.

Maybe this isn't too bad. I love him nd he loves me, right? I stand up and start walking down the isle. When I get up there, the preast says,"Take each others hands please." Riker and I grabbed each others hands and just gazed into the others eyes.

The preast talks to the other people," We are gathered here today to share the love of Ross Shor Lynch and Riker Anthony Lynch in Holy Matchromony. If someone objects to this marriage please speak now or forever hold your peace." No one spoke.

"Alright, lets carry on, then. Riker Anthony Lynch, do you take Ross Shor Lynch to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, for better or for worse, through sickness and in health, for rich or for poor, until death do you part?" Riker looks at me and says,"I do."

The preast looks at me and asked,"Ross Shor Lynch, do you take Riker Anthony Lynch to be your lawfully wedded husband, to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, for better or for worse, through sickness and in health, for rich or for poor, until death do you part?" I looked at Riker and smiled. "I do."

The preast spoke,"I now pronounce you two, husband and husband. You may now kiss the groom." Me and Riker smiled and I pressed my lips to his.

The kiss lasted for about 10 seconds until we pulled away. We went to the dinner party.

After about an hour into the party, this huge gang with guns and everything busted in. They started shooting everybody.

After it was over, i was the only one alive. I looked at my family and started crying. Then, I looked at my newly wedded husband and seen he was still awake but dieing. I ran to his side and picked him up.

He was shot about 5 or 6 times. I started crying. Then he spoke," Ross."

" Yeah, baby."

"I love you and I always will. Just remember that. If I go, please don't harm yourself because I love you way too much. You are my sunshine. You are my oxygen and I love you so much."

I was crying real hard now. "I love you, too. And I promise I won't self harm." I leaned down and kissed him fully on the lips. After about 5 seconds, his head dropped. He was dead. I started hypervenilating. What would I do without him?

At that moment, I jumped up. I looked around and notice I was in mine and Riker's bed. It was only a dream. Riker wrapped his arms around me and asked,"Baby, what's wrong?" "Nothing. It was just a dream."
