You were on your couch eating snacks and watching tv until you heard a knock at the door. For a second you thought it was just a delivery guy so you didn't get it till you heard another knock. You finally got up and walked to the door. "Who is it?" you asked and didn't get an answer so you looked through the peephole to see non-other than your best friend Kyotani with blood on his face and shirt. You opened the door and gave him an unimpressed look. "Kyo I already know what you're here for go-ahead take off your shirt and go to the kitchen like always " Kyotani nodded and did as told. You went to the bathroom and searched for the first aid kit hoping you still had things left in it from the numerous times you helped Kyo out. You never knew why he got into so many fights but as long as he wasn't too hurt you were ok. You found the first aid kit and pulled it out after you checked if there were still supplies in it you walked to the kitchen. You saw Kyotani sitting on your kitchen counter and you walked to him and squeezed between his legs to get close enough to start patching him up. He winced a little when you put the cotton swab with hydrogen peroxide on the cut he had on his cheek. You moved his face to the side so you could get a better angle." why do you always come to me to patch you up instead of a licensed professional?" You asked him then put a bandaid on his face. Kyotani shrugged and you looked displeased with his answer. "Kyo don't pull that I don't know shrugging shit with me I know you know so tell me, please." You said starting off sternly then your tone weakened when you looked at his face. " I'd rather come here because I know you'll take care of me," Kyotani said then looked away. You felt butterflies in your stomach but you didn't let that stop you and you continued helping him. When you thought you were done you looked back at Kyo and noticed a cut where his eyebrow piercing was. You leaned forward to clean the cut when you noticed how close you were to his face you tried to pull your face away but he pulled you into a kiss leaving you shocked for a second till you relaxed into the kiss. Then Kyotani unsuspectedly pulled away "I'm sorry I don't know what got into me." Kyo said clearly flustered "it's ok I enjoyed it." you said with a smile. "really you did." Kyo said confused. " Yes, I did I kinda wanted to do that for a while now since our third year of high school I developed feeling for you that I kept pushing to the side for the sake of friendship -" Before you could finish Kyotani pulled you into another kiss. This one was a lot different than your first kiss it was more passionate, his hands were wrapped around your hips and your hands were wrapped around his neck. He stood from the counter still holding you and the kiss and you wrapped your legs around him. He walked you two to the couch and sat down to be more comfortable. After a while, the kiss was getting a bit sloppy when you to parted all that could be heard was a loud smack and panting. "Wow if I knew that was going to happen I wouldn't have waited all these years." You said with a laugh and smile and laid your head on his shoulder. You Found yourself waking up in your bed the next morning to the smell of slightly burnt toast and eggs. walking into the kitchen you Find Kyotani in the kitchen with an apron on and sweat pants. "Good morning sunshine ." Kyotani said walking to you then kissed your forehead.
