You had met Asahi in your freshman year of college after he bumped into you by accident trying to find directions to his class. Luckily enough you two shared the same first period and you helped him find the classroom. After that, you got to know each other and became inseparable. Later on in the friendship you two combined friend groups in which you met all his friends. Life was great. You had great friends, decent grades, and a steady job, though there was this feeling that you didn't quite know what it was. The feeling was only present when you were around Asahi. You were in your dorm's small living room on the floor by the couch When you told Nishinoya he looked at you with a devilish grin." What? Why are you looking at me like that?" "Noya stop, it's weird." you protest loudly ." You little one has a crush on our lovable dork of a gentle giant Asahi". Nishinoya said with his grin widening. "WHAT NO NO NO HE'S JUST A FRIEND!!!" "That can't be it-it just can't be and even if it was the case he has a crush on someone else." "Girl are you stupid or delusional or both..... Definitely both." Nishinoya said and your mouth widened in an O shape." Close ya and mouth and save that for Asahi".Nishinoya joked then laughed at his own joke." Noya shut it! " You yelled then grabbed a pillow off your couch and threw it at him. The pillow hit Nishinoya in the face making him plop backwards onto the floor. The rest of your afternoon with Nishinoya went how it usually does though he did tease you with the idea of you having a crush on Asahi here and there.
It's been two days since your conversation with Noya and you were starting to think he was telling the truth. Though you were still mostly in denial. But you couldn't think about it too much now that you were at work and couldn't be distracted. The cafe you worked in wasn't busy yet since it was still early in the morning. Since the day was slow so far you made yourself a small cup of tea and took one of the freshly baked croissants. Hours later When the clock hit twelve the lunch rush started you were serving as many people as you could as fast as you could. You were getting quite a few tips and most customers were good but you still had your occasional Karen come in and yell about the long line or complain that their iced coffee is "too cold".You handed a customer their tea wishing them a good day then wiped your brow. The time was now 1:05 and the lunch rush was mostly calm now.You took the opportunity to clean up the tables and floors of any left behind crumbs or bits of a spilt drink.You were scrubbing what you thought was pastry jam off the floor when you heard some familiar voices. you looked up and saw daichi suga and asahi as you liked to call them the big three." "Oh hey Y/n".Suga said as he walked up to you with the others. "Hey Suga, Dachi, and Asahi." You Finished scrubbing what was on the ground and stood up. You walk to the counter and go back to your spot. "Hello, what can I get you three fine young men today?" You jokly asked then laughed at your own joke with them . A few minutes after they ordered you bought them their ordere. "Here you go enjoy your items" you said then started to walk away. "Wait Y/N we had something to ask you." Suga said He caught your attention so you turned back around to his table. "What is it ?" you ask. Suga and Daichi softly elbowed a nervous looking Asahis sides. "We wanted to ask you if you wanted to come to see a movie with us and a few others?" Asahi asked quietly but loud enough for you to hear. "Sure I dont see why not. " You answered with a shrug of your shoulders . " So how's tomorrow at 6:00 sound ?" The shy brunette asked. "Sounds good to me see you there well see y'all there" You answered then went back to work.
