A/N: Since Narrator is featured in this chapter, I had to add a picture of him lol. Enjoy :)
Gaege's (Juicy's) POV
"Yeah, dawg. We can totally meet at my house," I heard Eddie say to us as I took a sip of my red bull."Yeah, Josh and I are flying to America this week," Mully responded, laughing, "Going to Covid Land!"
We all laughed, but I was too caught up in my racing thoughts to make a comeback. I honestly was happy I get to meet all the boys in person, but it was going to be extremely awkward with Eddie there. I haven't seen him in person since high school, which was right before I dropped out.
After working with him these past few weeks, I had felt okay. But meeting someone online versus in person was entirely different. It made my stomach churn anxiously.
"I live 45 minutes away so I'll probably go later on today," Narrator told Eddie, running a hand through his hair, "Is that alright, Eddie?"
Eddie nodded, glancing at me, "What about you Juicy?"
"M-Me?" I asked stupidly. "Yes you," Mully laughed.
"It wouldn't be the boys without you," Josh answered, "Everyone needs to be there. Besides, we don't want to risk breaking our contract."
I was silent for a few seconds before saying, "Alright, alright. I'll go." The other boys smiled, and I couldn't help but smile myself. How bad could it possibly be?
Eddie's POV (3 days later)
This is bad. Very very bad. I shouldn't have offered for the boys to stay at my house. Especially if Juicy was going to be there. I didn't know how I was going to react.I started cooking breakfast for myself and Narrator, who was already at my house. Gaege was supposed to get here later on today while Josh and Mully get here tomorrow. I had no idea why my hands were shaking or why I was frantically moving about the house. I couldn't sit still no matter how hard I tried.
Narrator shifted positions on the couch again, rubbing a hand over his face. "Are you okay, Eddie?" Narrator asked me as he yawned. I guess he saw me pacing the kitchen.
I stopped, focusing on the bacon and eggs once again. "I'm fine," I answered, turning my back towards him, "How are you feeling?"
"Tired," Narrator sat up, tossing my tortilla blanket to the side, "But still pretty good." He paused for a second before asking, "Juicy is coming this afternoon right?"
I hesitated, putting down the plates on my table. "Yeah," I rubbed the back of my neck, "I haven't seen him in a long time. Hopefully he doesn't..."
Narrator stared at me as my voice trailed off, but I wasn't exactly sure what to say. "Never mind. It doesn't matter anymore."
Narrator raised an eyebrow, "Why do you sound so concerned? I thought you liked Juicy."
I looked at him, wondering if I should tell him or not. What would he think of me after telling him what had happened to Juicy and me? It was so many years ago, so maybe he would understand?
"It's a long story," I finally answered, starting to eat my breakfast before it got cold, "But it doesn't matter anyway."
He sat down beside me, eating the breakfast I had made him. "Mmm, this is delicious! Thanks, Eddie."
He told me, making me smile. "No problem, dawg," I patted him on the back with a smile.
Gaege's (Juicy's) POV (4 hours later)
I dragged myself up to the door of Eddie's house, feeling jet lag from my flight over here. I was happy the Texas sun wasn't beating down on me. The sunset was actually very pretty. With its pink, yellow, and blue colors, it calmed me. I was just happy I'm used to the hot weather. (I live in South Texas btw, its literally 100 degrees year-round)I knocked on Eddie's door, feeling an unsettling feeling start to build up in my chest. I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing heart. Why was I so nervous to see Eddie? Maybe he forgot about what happened to us. It could just be me making a big deal out of nothing after all.
I was surprised when Narrator answered the door with a big smile, but he didn't seem to notice my hesitation. "Gaege!" He welcomed me, giving me a small hug, "Sorry, Eddie was in the restroom. Don't worry though, he'll be here in a minute."
I entered Eddie's home, my eyes trailing over a blanket. "Why is there a tortilla blanket on the couch?" I asked with a laugh. Narrator glanced at it before saying, "What? It's very comfortable."
I shrugged, putting down my luggage. That's when I heard a familiar voice say, "Narrator? Who was at the door?" He came from the hallway before his eyes met mine.
His startled dark eyes look exactly as how I remembered, yet he had grown taller and grew his hair out much more. His glasses had disappeared, and a full set of hair wrapped around his chin rather perfectly.
"Oh..." Eddie's face grew a slight shade of red, "Hey, Juice."
I awkwardly waved at him, "Hey." Narrator looked between us, giving us weird looks.
"Can we talk alone for a second, Narrator?" Eddie then said, making my heart stop, "I just want to say something to Gaege." He had a weird look on his face.
I suddenly got flashbacks from high school, where he had the same expression on his face. My body tensed, feeling like something bad was about to happen.
A/N: Yes, I left it in a slight cliffhanger don't come after me. Thanks for reading, new chapter will be up in a few days! Have a good day :)
