Lucy manifests

Lucy and Elizabeth slowly walked through the forest, in the opposite direction of the Kidnappers.

Then they stopped, eyes darting through the forest to make sure they were safe.

Once they were convinced they were safe, they kept creeping through the forest.

After what seemed to be an eternity later, they came to a rundown, wooden hut. Elizabeth opened the door and motioned for Lucy to follow her.

Lucy was amazed at how many kids were in the small hut. She kept looking around her and found stairs leading under ground.

"We're does this lead to?"

"Come I'll show you,"said Elizabeth.

Elizabeth lead Lucy down the winding stairs which, reminded her of the one at the hut where the kidnappers were. The thought of that made her shudder.

Down in the basement there were tens if not hundreds of kids using and practicing their powers.

"When do I manifest?"

"When they think your ready."

"Who's they?"

"Your find out soon enough."

There were so many different powers it was overwhelming, but the thought of manifesting a power kept her from fainting.

" How many mutants are down here?"

"Ten thousand."

"That much."

"I'm joking I meant ten million."

Lucy's jaw dropped as Elizabeth lead her through the groups of mutants staring at her.

"Why are they all staring at me?"

"Because your new."

"So don't you get new people all the time?"

"No, like every 3 years."

"What, wait how old are you?"

"One thousand six hundred and thirteen."

"Wouldn't you be dead."

"No mutants are immortal unless killed in combat."

"Ah here we are, this is your room."

Lucy nodded and walked in and gasped. There was so much stuff.
There was a couch and a flat screen TV and a queens size bed and a bathroom and so much more.

"Get ready to manifest."said Elizabeth and left before Lucy could say another word.

After taking a quick shower she decided to check the closets. There were dresses   in every form and color but the thought of wearing one of those made her gag. She hated dresses so she just washed her old clothes and put them back on. 

She made her way out of her room and to the training center. Which had all the sudden turned into a massive cathedral. With four mutants at least she thought they were mutants in ginormous chairs in the the front.

They were calling out names and that person Aka mutant would have to step forward and perform a series of actions. The mutant that was up was performing some weird hand motions, when all the sudden a chunk of stone arose from the ground. 

One of the people in the chairs stood up and said "A earthshaker had arisen."

All the sudden she heard her name "Lucy flamer.. "

All heads turned as she stepped forward. And some how she new what moves to do.

"First we will test earth then wind then water and last but not least the rarest fire!" Said one of the men.

She did the earth moves no response.

"Earth is not today." Said a guy in a chair

After that she tried wind but still nothing.

"Wind is not today."

The she tried water swooshing her hands around in a triangle for a long time, no response.

"Water is not today. Next the rarest ability fire if she not that, she is a light bender."

Lucy consent rates on a flame deep in her mind and through her armed out fire exploded out of her hands.

Every body gasped!!

"Fire charmer has arisen."still sounding surprised.

Every bursted into applause cheering and hooping for her.

Once the cheering had died down,
she sat down in her seat and let the other people step forward and perform the actions.

But she could feel that no one cared what the other mutants were they were all thinking about her.

After the ceremony she started to walk to her room when a group of boys stopped her in the hall.

"What do you want."

"I want to know if you want to come to the party I'm throughing tonight."

"Why not."

"See you at midnight."
