They say there will sullen looks in their face, but none of them said a word. At this point I got up from the booth and went back behind the counter. I called up my boss to ask him if I could leave early.
"Hey Sam can I leave early? Nobody is here and you could get Cameron to come," I rushed out quickly. The sooner I can leave the better. It took him a minute to reply. Probably checking to see if Cameron could come in.
"Ok, that's fine but you have the late shift next week," he replied. That is why I love this job. I only work when I'm needed and not on a strict schedule. I replied with a simple Ok and hung up.
Taking off the uniform and gathering my belongings i went to leave. I passed by the boys and gave a small smile. They all flashes one back but Olivers' smile was hiding something. Deciding to ignore it I left without a word.
Luckily I lived a little less than a mile away from the diner. I couldn't shake the feeling I was being followed though so I walked, basically sprinting, faster. Suddenly I was pulled back and thrown over a mans shoulder. I could tell it was a man because of his broad and muscular shoulders.
My instincts kicked in and I started flailing my arms and legs everywhere. Only to be thrown in a van and knocked unconscious. The last thing I saw was Olivers face.
* Couple hours later *
I opened my eyes to see four silhouettes in the corner. I listened closely to gather information as to where I am. As soon as they opened their mouthes I knew who it was.
