Avani and Anthony Laughed together as You watched sadly, You wanted to be happy for them. You And Avani broke up on good terms, but things had been awkward since she had gotten with Anthony.
"Y/n/n, are you okay? You kinda zoned out" Your Bestfriend, Devyn asked "Yea, just tired" You lied, You were actually on the verge off tears.
Y/N'S POV:
Anthony is so much better than me, He so good looking, He can do things I can't do, She really deserves him.
"Oh My God, Y/n are you okay?" Avani asked me, noticing the year that streamed down my face (something I didn't notice) "Yea, I'm gonna go home, bye guy, sorry for ruining your night" I said as I got up and walked too my car, Devyn following.
AVANI'S POV:
I felt so bad seeing her cry, I noticed everyone giving me and Anthony a weird look "What?" Anthony bucked and everyone looked away.
I knew why she was sad, and I felt horrible, I couldn't lie, I still wanted her and I missed her so much, it was just Right person wrong time.
Anthony is a great guy, He is just not the one I want.
After dinner, Anthony drove me home. After I got out of the shower I laid in bed and had 20+ messages from Bryce, Josh and the others, Telling me to call y/n.
I thought about for a second and decided to call her, I pressed her contact and after 3 rings she answered
"Hello." She said with sadness in her voice.
"Hi, um, I was calling to see if your okay, I hope Me and Anthony being together doesn't hurt you" I Said, almost instantly regretting it.
"U-uh, yea, no, I'm happy for you, again, were just friends" She Said, All of a sudden and feeling of sadness rushed over me "Y-yea, um, I'm gonna get some sleep now, Bye" I said, my voice cracking in the process "Okay, Bye" She said simply, as she hung up.
I laid in bed crying, wondering why we even broke up in the first place, well.. Of course i know why, I just don't understand.
