...
A mysterious voice calls out to Blaine coming from the darkness of an alley in the gloomy gothic themed village. This caught his attention, keeping you frozen in your tracks. "Blaine Leighton. Thou was chosen to either be slain or be victorious at rightfully claiming all three of the powerful rings. You'll need this.."
Blaine notices a shimmering of magical light glowing from the darkness and would walk towards it out of pure curiosity.
Blaine reaches out for it and would grab what seemed to be a knight's sword unlike any other. There's three empty slots on the handle of the sword where it looked like three small items could be placed into..
The magical glowing light coming from it would then vanish like it never happened. "Hmph." Blaine would say in confusion as to what this mysterious voice meant by getting the rings whilst looking down at the sword.
Blaine would place the sword on his back and walk towards an entrance to a local tavern in Astoria's many villages known as Stox Village. Hoping that someone would know what all of this means for him. He'd enter the loud and busy tavern, making his way to the bar counter, gently placing the unique sword on top of it.
Everyone inside the tavern would suddenly become quiet and looked over at him in both curiosity and fear of what has happened to the last people who came in here with that same weapon.
Blaine glances around at everyone noticing they're staring at him before looking at the bar waitress, asking her "Do you know of this?" She'd clean an empty cup with a white rag while replying "Your kind is not allowed in here.. Those who carry the sword are bonded with it and everywhere you go, blood will be spilled."
The young knight gulps after hearing this. Two men would come from behind him, forcefully grabbing him and pushes him out of the tavern's doors. They would quickly lock the door behind him after he was outside.
