Pov. Ranboo

We were making our way through the alleyways, getting closer to our next destination. The other city.

"There is a bit of a problem here, though."

"What is it?" I was curious. "Well, you see, we will have to go through a forest to get to the other city. Which is not that bad, but we will have to cross the busy street that is an outline of the city."

'Well, that's pretty bad. What if there were police while we were crossing, but there are not many more opinions to choose from. So we will have to deal with it. Hopefully we will get lucky and no one will notice us.'

"I think we should sleep in the forest, so we can get some rest. It will probably be better than sitting on the concrete." "Yeah, that's a good idea."

So we walked, getting closer and closer. I was getting kinda nervous. Things could go so wrong, but it could also save our olives. It could cure my illness.

I could hear the traffic in the distance. We were almost there. We were getting close, fast.

We poke around a corner. At the end of the alley, we could see the street really close to us. The passing cars were a lot faster than the ones in the centre. It was a really busy street. 'Hope we don't get in a car crash in the end. That wouldn't be nice.'

We walked to the end. We were standing right next to it, hiding behind some boxes. It was really loud.

"The coast is clear.'' Tubbo said. "I think we should go."

It was terrifying. There were no crossroads, because we were at the back of the city, so There was just forest at the other side. There weren't also any traffic lights to slow them down." We will have to dodge all the cars. So we should stay really close." he said. He was right.

So here we go. We stand at the side of the road, waiting for an opportunity to get to the other side. The street was really wide. So we have to time this well.

There was a bit of a pause between the cars. I held Tubbos hand, I was too scared of losing him to a car crash. We used all our strength and ran towards the other side. It didn't go as well as I imagined.

Everything happens really fast, but at the same time it feels like slow motion.

The brakes could be heard.

The sound of cars skidding.

The loud beeps of other cars.

The car almost hit us, but we made it to the other side. A police siren rang through our ears. There was a police car standing not that far from us. 'How did we not notice this? How can this get any worse than it already is?' But a gunshot interrupted my thoughts. Two guys stepped out of the car. One was trying to get a good aim at us, the other one was talking to walkie-talkie I think. People at my facility communicated by using them.

"We have to run" Tubbo yelled at me, still holding my hand, tugging me away to hide in the forest, probably. I couldn't think straight, so I just let him. I was tripping over myself. They were shouting something at us, but I couldn't make out what it was. It was all so terrifying.

BANG!

I felt the bullet fly past my head. The world was spinning. 'Just a bit closer and I would have been DEAD!' Another few shots rang through the air. But neither of them seem to shoot us. My legs started to hurt from the running. My head was hurting because of the loud gunshots. But the police were still kinda close.

BANG!

.

.

.

I could feel pain, I don't even know where. My whole body was hurting. I was in shock. I could hear Tubbo shout my name.

'Is this the end?' Were my last tough before my vision went dark.
