~ WHO ARE TAIJIS? ~
Taijis would be our Interviewers who would be the operators of our Interview Book. They will have to take the interviews of the people mentioned below in "What Will They Do", which would then be posted in our Interview Book- Gold Spot: The Gup Shup Adda.
~ VACANCY FOR TAIJIS ~ Ten out of Fifteen Taijis are needed (10/15)
~ WHAT WILL THEY DO ~
• Some Taijis would be required to take the interviews of the winners of various contests being organised by us. Some Taijis would be taking the interviews of our community members, while some Taijis would take the interviews of other YUDKBHians in our open server of Discord. Other ones would also be taking care of the forms being filled up on our Interview Book and take their interviews.
• There would be no particular set of questions given by us, because we believe that each interviewer should have their space of liberty to formulate questions of their own type and level, keeping in mind the choices of the interviewees too.
~ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ~ You would be eligible to take up the post of Taiji, only if you can fulfill the following requirements:
• Having an account on Discord is a must. So, if you don't have one, create it by downloading Discord.
• You must be creative enough to form interesting questions.
• You must have good communication skills so that the interviewee enjoys having a conversation with you.
~ AMOUNT OF TIME TAIJIS NEED TO GIVE TO THE COMMUNITY ~
Covering atleast 2 interviews per month.
