CID - story behind (Kavin Purvi)

🌹 Chapter 5 🌹

previous chapter : ACP saves kavin from a lot questioning. Kavin and dushyant work on case file with pankaj and purvi. Kavin goes to his home.

ACP's house

Kavin reach home with his luggage in his sports car. He parked his car in parking inside house, and goes to door and rings door bell. After few seconds ACP opens the door.

ACP: aa gye... andr aao (Kavin goes inside)

Kavin: Dad, woh main aap ko surprise dena chahta tha, issliye aaj ese. Agr aap ko bura lga ho toh I'm sorry dad. (kavin gets a little teary now, but doesn't show)

ACP looks towards his son, whom he is meeting after 5 years. He goes to kavin and give him a big hug.

ACP: pagal h kya. mujhe bura kyu lgega. Ha surprise hua tha tujhe dekhkr, pr as you are a CID officer now. I am more proud than angry.

Kavin hugs his dad tightly.

Kavin: I've missed you dad.

ACP: I've missed you too beta.

They broke from hug.

ACP: chlo ab main tumhe tumhara kmra dikhata hu. tum iss ghr me pehli baar jo aaye ho

Kavin (with smile): aane m toh me kuch saal pehle bhi aa jata, pr aap ko kuh toh bda jhtka dena tha na. CID officer bna phir aa gya

ACP: ha ha thik h, ab chl

ACP shows the biggest room in house to kavin on 2nd floor. House is two story mansion where ACP has study room kitchen and nakul's old room in 1st floor. ACP and Kavin's 2 rooms are on 2nd floor. Kavin goes to freshen up and ACP goes to make dinner. Both talk for quite a while and have their dinner. Kavin asked about nakul once in the conversation but ACP ne baat ko taal diya.

Kavin: dad, aaj main aap k sath so jau kya

ACP: thik h chlo, main bhi yhi kehne wala tha. wese tumhari subah late uthne ki aadat ka kya hua?

Kavin: arre ab main bhut jaldi uth jata hu dad, aap dekhna kl aap se bhi pehle 6 bje uthunga main

ACP: Haa beta, baap hu tumhara. sb janta hu. chl ab  so jate h

Both goes to sleep together in ACP's room. on the other side in purvi's house

Purvi's house

It's 10pm now, and Purvi is just roaming around in her garden as she is not able to sleep. She is thinking about why she acted like that today. She is always calm and speak in manner with others but aaj pta nhi kyu kavin sir se ese kaise baat ki.

Purvi: kya ho gya tha mujhe. itni kuch bdi baat bhi nhi hue mere or kavin sir k beech m, phir bhi mene esa react kiya. ab jb tk sir se sorry nhi bolungi mujhe esa he weird feel hota rhega. Kl office m pkka sorry bol dungi.

At that moment Purvi gets a call.

Caller: Arre purvi, abhi tk soi nhi kya?

Purvi: tune mujhe itna late phone kiya kyu?

Caller: arre mere dost k haal chaal janne k liye ab call bhi nhi kr skta kya? tujhe toh pta h , main abhi bhut busy hu

Purvi: ha pta h Vikram, waise tu mumbai kb aane ka soch rha h

Vikram: bss yeh case ache se finish ho jaye, phir transfer ki baat krunga

Vikram is a police officer, currently working in Delhi. He is purvi's friend since college in mumbai. Both got close because of their similar interest in crime and cases.
