Chapter 22

-Y/N POV-

I walk into my room, carrying another box into my dorm to see Jungkook holding my pen.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY STUFF?!" I shout at him, startling him as the pen falls on the ground. 

Jungkook :"Y-Y/n, hear me out. I'm sorry." he said while crying as he hugs me.

"W-What's wrong with you? Leave me." I said at the verge of tears.

Jungkook :"I'm sorry,  I didn't believe you. I should've known you wouldn't do such a thing. It must've been so hard for you." he said still holding me tightly. 

"What are you talking about?! Leave me! You said you don't talk to murderers!" I shouted at him and held the door handle to open it but he pulled me towards him as he kisses me with tears still falling down his face. All the tension and sadness between us disappeared into thin air as soon as our lips touched. I couldn't hold mine back as I started to cry as well and melted into the kiss. We pulled away after a while as I sniffled into his chest.

"Wait, how did you know it wasn't me?" I said as I looked  up into his eyes.

Jungkook :"I think you need to sit down for this one. I have to get Yoongi hyung too. Wait for me." he said and went out to call Yoongi and returned in a span of 2 minutes with Yoongi's hair messed up and yawning as Jungkook dragged him in.

Yoongi :"YAH, WE JUST RETURNED BACK FROM THAT EXHAUSTING 2 HOUR BUS RIDE. SOMEONE'S WAITING FOR ME."

Jungkook :"The only thing that's waiting for you right now is your cat plushie." 

Yoongi :"THAT'S EXACTLY WHO I'M TALKING ABOUT. NOW LEMME SLEEP. AND JUST BY THE WAY, his name is Nori" he said while smiling as Jungkook rolled his eyes.

"What did you call even Yoongi for?"

Jungkook :"It's about Soohyun." he said as Yoongi woke up fully. I have his full attention finally.

Jungkook :"Now, I know hyung, it's going to sound complete nonsense to you but Y/n is not the reason why Soohyun died." he said as Yoongi scoffed and began to get up.

Yoongi :"You're damn right, this is nonsense. You disturbed my sleep for this bullshit." he said with his handle on the door handle when Jungkook yelled.

Jungkook :"IT WASN'T A SUICIDE, IT WAS A MURDER." he shouted as my eyes widened and went into a trance and Yoongi just stood there like his mind just blew up. 

Yoongi :"It was a suicide because Y/n pressurized her the night before she died. No one would murder Soohyun."

"You keep saying that, but did you ever ask me why I kept saying that she never suicided?!"

Yoongi :"I didn't cause I knew you'll give stu-"

"YOONGI, SHE WAS PREGNANT WITH YOUR CHILD." I shouted with tears in my eyes.

Yoongi :"W-What? It can't be- Oh my god, that's why she wasn't feeling well for the past few days before she-" he stopped in the middle and started to cry.

-FLASHBACK(Y/N POV)-

Soohyun :"Y/N Y/N, OH MY GOD, I HAVE AMAZING NEWS!!!" she said while jumping around.

"You've been saying that for the past 15 minutes, cut to the chase." I said and rolled my eyes.

Soohyun :"Okay okay. So.....I'M PREGNANT! I'M GONNA BE A MOTHER, Y/N!!!" she said with happy tears falling down her cheeks while smiling as she showed me the pregnancy test that showed positive.

"WHAT?! OH MY GOD, CONGRATULATIONS!!! YOONGI'S GONNA BE A FATHER!!" I screamed and started to dance with Soohyun as adrenaline rushed through my veins.

Soohyun :"I EVEN DECIDED A NAME FOR HIM! MIN HANEUL ! Yoongi's always swooned over this name and blabbered about how he would name his child that. I can't wait to surprise him later! I'm so happy, Y/n!" she said and hugged me but we both pulled away when we heard a loud thud. I went outside to see the hallways empty. I shrugged off the thought and went back inside.

-END OF FLASHBACK-

I explained everything to Yoongi with tears rushing down my cheeks as Jungkook held my shoulder firmly. 

"Do you still think she would've suicided? Yoongi, do you have any idea how excited she was to start a family with someone she loved more than herself?" I said as Yoongi sat still in his chair with tears running down his cheek without saying a word. After a few minutes, he finally spoke.

Yoongi :"Then what did you two fight about the night before she suic- no, before she was m-murdered?" he barely managed to speak out.

"Her family found out she was pregnant the day before she died. They couldn't handle it so they disowned her and kicked her out of the house. That night she came back with hot tears running down her cheeks and started yelling at me because she thought I was the one who told them because I was the only one she told. Believe me, Yoongi. Even after her death, I didn't dare to speak a word about it. I would never tell on her. She told me to keep it a secret and I've kept it to this day." I said while crying as Jungkook wiped my tears.

Yoongi :"Then, who told them if it wasn't you? You said you were the only one who knew."

"Someone was eavesdropping on our conversation when Soohyun told me that she was pregnant. I guess that's why we heard a thud from outside our room. Someone was listening to us but I don't know who."

Jungkook :"I know who it was." he said as me and Yoongi turned our heads towards us.

"Who was it?" I asked as he took out my recording pen from his pocket and pressed the play button.
