Scout was displeased with the assignment but he was a good soldier and he always follows orders. On the way to the US embassy where he was stationed he saw a quaint bakery on the side of the road. He decided that he was starved as he hadn't eaten anything after his flight. He entered the place and bought a bagel and a cup of coffee and sat down at the counter. He went about his business until she came out. He looked up and he didn't know what it was but she made him feel like never before. She looked at him and asked shyly to please stope staring.
