Okay so, let's just throw out most of what Naruto's personality is in the show.
He should not be loud,
He should not be brave,
He should not be so caring.
Being abused his whole life will lead him to be docile, quiet, and having little to no trust in everyone he meets. His problem of not following rules will stay the same though. He will probably steer as far away as he possibly can from being a ninja simply because he will have bad memories associated with violence.
As for his mental disorders, he has a high risk of developing PTSD, Depression, anxiety disorders, ASD, RAD, DSED, and many more.
