-There's no time! - was heard clearly. It was a clouded, impatient cry, however funny, arisen among a group of bricklayers who were putting the finishing touches to the great mansion they were building. It was February 11, 1854. They were exhausted and overheated, wanted to finish once, but a small hombresito, who walked with long strides holding a riduculous white umbrella, retained them, while showing the time in a pocket watch.

Dr. Inchausti, elegant and solemn, approached the group and through discussion. Although the midday sun was unbearable and the men risked insolarse, the man, wearing white pants, white shirt, white coat, white shoes and shouted to place the clock at that moment.

-It is very important Inchausti! - He said with reverence and defiant doctor, whom nobody called him "Inchausti" plain. Dr. Inchausti, dares not tolerated and, moreover, was very considerate and affectionate to their employees. But the man replied as if unaware that it was one of the richest and most respected of the city and most influential men.

-Inchausti, this clock has to be running in two hours. There's no time - he said, as he fixed his gaze on the doctor. An hour later, bricklayers and carpenter finished fitting the big clock that crowned the attic of the mansion. Immediately after five elderly almost identical height, all features and indigenous garb, entered the house and went up to the attic, where waiting for the white man. Indigenous elders opened their backpacks, of which began to take hundreds of timepieces of all sizes. With admirable precision, within minutes they put together the big clock mechanism. The white man opened a small white bag, which also took out a white casket. And this is a small piece of metal gray. He held his tiny, delicate hand and placed the piece inside the clock.

The five elderly men and the  white man watched the clock for a few seconds, until the minute marked the first minute. And that's how the imposing clock built by the prunios teachers, began to run. And it worked perfectly, without delay or stopping or never, for 177 years, 9 months, 11 days and 7 hours.

Once the work is completed, the white man came to the back garden of the mansion, where Dr. Inchausti showed his young wife and young son had done to the trees planted. The man with white interrupted the talk of the doctor and his wife with his usual irreverence.

-If it will break, but if it ever gets broken, that will not happen, of course; but if it occurs in the unlikely event that it brakes, although I repeat that it is almost impossible for that to happen, do not call any clockmaker to put their hands. We will come and fix it. Is that clear?

-It is clear- replied the doctor, containing the irritation that caused this impertinent treatment.

-And take good care of it, warned the man as he served himself a  glass of lemonade, without being offered. Not like an ordinary clock . Nor how you take care of furniture. take good care of it it as if it your caring for a loved one.- indicated with precision and drank some of his lemonade. -That suited me right! What an unbearable summer!- He exclaimed. -I do not understand why people like summer. Good afternoon.

And without another word, he retires. The woman looked at her husband, looking for an explanation to his unusual tolerance, and asked with great curiosity;

-Who is that man?

-One who saved my life in Peru -was the overwhelming response of Dr. Inchausti.

When the man walked past the young son of the couple, who played in the garden, The boy look at the man and ask him;

-Who are you?

The man look at the boy, he smiled and said:

-If I would to tell you my name, I would  have to explain who I am, and you would not understand, I will only say that they call me "Tic Tac".

And walked away, opening his ridiculous white umbrella. The child almost have sworn I saw him disappear among white flowers.

The instant the minute hand of the clock of the mansion began to spin, to 17.8 km northeast of the mansion, in a room which was also owned by Dr. Inchausti, prunios another group of elders, led by another white man identical to Tic Tac, put into functioning another identical clock to the mansion Inchausti.

And in that same southern 17.8 isntante stay in a small town parish of Escalada kilometers, another group of prunios elderly, led by another Tic Tac, put into functioning a third clock, identical to the other two.

In 1854 there were no planes or satellites. If there were such a thing, an observer from the sky, might have noticed that for a split second 3 points issued a blue light, intense, and the 3 vertices joined through the sky, forming a perfect equilateral triangle.
