today the karasuno team is playing against shiratorizawa. y/n is totally excited to watch tsukishima play "i wonder how he's like on the court?"y/n thought to herself. she got ready and went to school. y/n started to look for tsukishima after class as always but for some reason, she couldn't? she tried asking the volleyball team"oh, him? hes just in the restroom hes probably stressed about the game today"said kageyama. "oh, well i can just wait for him"y/n said as she sat down. a couple of minutes passed and tsukishima came out and turned around just to see y/n sitting there with a smile on her face."what do you want now."he asked. "well i heard you guys have a game today soo, im coming today to watch you!"she yelled excitedly "no way you better not come. you'd just distract everyone with your loud self" he laughed. "hey that's rude >:( but cmon i know today you guys will win!"y/n said jumping. tsukishima looked hesitantly at y/n "uhm.. yeah i guess."he looked at the ground.
"hey why are you being so negative huh >:( you have to be sure about your answer!"y/n looked at him"im not being negative, im just no sure if we can win today.." tsukishima looked to the side. "hey let me tell you something. if you keep letting fear from living your life, or if you let people tell you how to live your life, you will never truly live it. and remember the key to living your best life is to always be confident in what you do. does volleyball really inspire you? if it really does inspire you, you wont care what other people say."y/n said while putting her hand on his shoulder.
"...."tsukishima just stood there in silence, speechless. "hey.. are you okay?" y/n asked. "thank you y/n."he said while smiling. y/n's legs started to feel weak "he's never looked at me like that. or even smiled at me before.."she thought to herself blushing. the karasuno team got ready and went.
once they were all there, y/n sat on the bench waiting for the karasuno team to come out. once they did y/n and the other supporters cheered them on excitedly. but y/n was looking for someone specific. she found tsukishima and cheered on louder. she waved at him hoping he would see her
*TSUKISHIMA POV*it's finally time. i walk out that door and hear cheering from our supporters. "i wonder if y/n is here."i thought to myself. why am i thinking that.. it doesnt matter if she is or not. as im walking i hear a familiar voice.. i look up and i see y/n. i smile a little to myself kind of happy she came to my match. i see her waving and smiling at me, i wave back.*END POV*
y/n sees tsukishima waving back at her, she jumps up and down in happiness. tsukishima notices and slightly laughs.*FAST FOWARD*its the middle of the match and the karasuno team is looking beat and tired already.."i hope they're okay.." y/n says. coach ukai calls timeout. y/n starts getting worried"i still believe they can win"she whispered. y/n waved at tsukishima to get his attention, he noticed and looked at her."remember what i said."mouthed y/n to tsukishima. he froze and looked down"can i really trust this girl" he thought to himself. y/n looked at him and gave him a reassuring smile. tsukishima's heart started to race. it was a smile that was only for him. sooner or later the karasuno team was back on the court and better than ever. tsukishima was ready.
