For the weekend of July 17th and 18th, Y/N decided to go back to Metropolis to visit his parents' grave and reminisce as he will now be living at Mount Justice along with Superboy and Miss Martian.

As he was walking downtown he saw a couple of his old bullies from middle school. Ever since he had started being Clark's partner, he had lost touch with the kids in school. It also didn't help with him losing his parents, leading to him not even wanting to associate with others, and it caused him to be bullied even more. He ended up switching schools once Clark adopted him, but he still acted the same way. It had even taken a while for him to warm up to Lois. As Y/N was lost in thought one of his bullies tapped his shoulder, and to make it worse, it was the boy who had used to be the primary bully.
Main Bully: "Hey, Y/N is that you?"
Y/N just stopped walking and stayed in place. The bully moved in front of Y/N to see if he was right.
Main Bully: *smirks* "Oh damn, it really is you. Yo guys it's little Y/N from middle school."
The other bully walked over to his friend.
Main Bully: "Oh don't tell me you forgot who we are?"
Y/N: How could I ever forget.
Main Bully: "It's me, Luke. And Vince is behind you."
Luke then wrapped his arm around Y/N's shoulder, and started shaking him lightly.
Luke: "I haven't seen you since you transferred and got adopted by that dude from the Daily Planet. You definitely had a glow-up that's for sure. So, what've you been up to?"
Y/N just remained quiet.
Vince: *chuckles* "seems like he's just as quiet as he used to be."
Luke: "Come on, man. The bullying is in the past. Come on, let's have some fun."
The two boys then began leading Y/N to their hangout spot, the basement of Luke's family's restaurant.
When they arrived, Y/N saw the other three bullies, Mike, Leo, and Jaden, all lounging around.
Luke: "Yo, guys we're back. *smiles* And we brought an old pal."
Leo: "No way, is that little Y/N? It's been a while, buddy."
Luke: "Hey, I was wondering if you wanna have fun with Y/N like back in the good ol' days."
Y/N began panicking, as he was pushed by Luke into the center of the room. The boys all began laughing as they surrounded Y/N.
Mike: "My girl just dumped me and I needed a way to deal with how pissed I am. Thanks for the punching bag Luke!"
Y/N: I have to stop. I'm better than I was when I was younger. I can get over this. I'm not a weakling anymore. I have a family again along with friends. I'm okay.
