(Cartoon Cat's pov)

I soon woke up as I looked around, eyes still a bit hazy, so I rubbed them a bit before looking back at where the kid had fallen asleep, but to my surprise, he wasn't there. I got up and frantically looked around for him from in the room, freaking out a bit as I feared he might've tried running for it. When I didn't find him, and rushed out of the room to hear...

(Y/n): How in the world are you related to that cat?

I walked down the stairs to see Cartoon Dog cuddling the kid as his tail wagged, and he let out a happy bark. (Y/n) looked at me as he said.

(Y/n): What?

And that's when I realized that I had been glaring at Cartoon Dog for a while, and I looked down at the kid.

Cartoon Cat: H-huh? Oh! Uh-uhm- nothin!

I said...maybe a bit too loud as the kid then looked at me with an expression that made it clear that he didn't believe me.

(Y/n): Yeeaaah..suure

He said to me before getting up.

(Y/n): welp, I have to go to school.

He added befhe started heading towards the door, and that's when I saw the perfect opportunity.

Cartoon Cat: Aaaaw, no goodbye kiss~?

I asked as I smiled abnormally wide as always.

(Y/n): Nope! Goodbye.

He said to me before leaving as he slammed the door shut.

Cartoon Cat: .....Shoulda been expectin that.

Cartoon Dog: Indeed, you should've.

(Y/n's pov)

/Well, that was an unusual morning...but then again, ever since I've been living with that cat, every morning has been unusual/ I thought to myself as I walked down the sidewalk to school. /But I guess living with him is at least a little better than having to go back to school every day, only having two days to take a brake from it all before having to go back again. At least living with him has made my life more interesting instead of so dull/. Once I got to school, I made my way through the building, put my stuff away and made my way to class. I stepped into the classroom that only had a few other people in it as I sat myself down in the seat at the very back in the corner, where no one else sat beside me.

I laid my head down for a moment, wanting to get a few more minutes of rest before the teacher walked into the classroom. As I laid there, I could hear the giggles and chuckles of some of the other kids in the classroom. I could tell they were laughing at me, but I didn't care, I just wanted more rest. I could occasionally feel paper balls being thrown at my head from across the room, which made me groan in annoyance everytime one hit my head, but I managed to keep myself calm and not yell at them to stop as that would only make it worse. They soon stopped anyway as the teacher had walked into the classroom, and I lifted my head up to look at her.

Teacher: Ah, it's wonderful to see you all being so nice and quiet while I wasn't here.

She was very kind, but very naive to think that a bunch of highschool students were actually being quiet while no adults were around.

Teacher: Well I'm sure you'll all be happy to hear that we have a new student. Come introduce yourself.

She announced as she motioned her hand to the person outside the classroom to come in, and a tall male with black, messy hair, a black button-up shirt with a white bowtie, black jeans, and sunglasses on walked into the room. It seemed a bit weird to me that he was wearing sunglasses inside, but I didn't think much of it.
