A Harpy is a half human half bird if u didn't know. So yep and I know a lot of people comment on the fact that there are feathers on the crotch area there but like what did u want me to do? That's how birds are and it's not like it's all up on there it's just covering it so it's not like flashing everyone lol I did basically the same thing with the hair acting sorta like chest feathers so u know it's not that weird.
