Friends and Foes

(Sorry I haven't been so active lately. Vball has taken a lot of time out of my life.)

LOUIS POV:

Wow she is beautiful. I barely had the nerves to walk up to her. Niall stood like twenty feet away just nodding towards her encouraging me to go. Tbh she was way out of my league. She would just think I'm a geek. I mean I am. I don't have good clothes, no good grades, I only play soccer, I'm a total goofball. What is there to love about that?

Finally I just get myself together and make the approach and my hand taps on her shoulder before I even realize I just interrupted her talking with her friends. She turns around and she looks really sad. Then the boy on her left erupted.

"DUDE! SHE WAS TALKING AND SHE JUST GOT BROKEN UP WITH OVER THE SUMMER. DO YOU REALLY THINK THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO INTERRUPT?!?" He yelled.

Before I got to say anything Aliyyah explained everything that happened. When she was done all her friends looked at me with something that looked like sorrow.

She then took the books from my hands. "Thanks for bringing me my books. Sorry about my brother back there. He can be a real dick."

I didn't know what to say because I was to entranced by her beauty but my mind caught me and snapped me out it.  "Its alright. I never realized that is what people acted like in America so I didn't know what to say so I just obeyed him." That was a lie. I didn't want her to think I was scared of her brother.

"No. You got it all wrong. American people don't always act like that. Just the real jerks." The girl on her left said sounding somewhat offended.

"Oh. Well that's good. I think I am going to stear clear of those "jerks"." I say and accidentally gaze over Aliyyah thinking about her brother and then a quick flash of hurt washed over her face.

We just stand there staring at each other for what seemed like minutes but was just probably a few seconds. I just stared into her beautiful hazel eyes and got lost but got pulled back into existence when I felt someone grab my arm.

"Hey guys. I'm just going to take my friend away from you guys and take him to his class if that's fine with you." I hear Nialler talking from behind me and suddenly I am being whisked away from Aliyyah and being almost dragged towards the bathrooms.

"Dude what was that all about?", Niall asked me as we got into the bathroom.

"What do you mean?"

"Well you just stared at her while giving her the books. Like you didn't even say anything. You just stood there."

"Well...I think I like her."

Niall looked at me like I had just switched faces with a dog.

"WHAT?!?!?!?!? YOU ARE KIDDING ME RIGHT? oh shit. (Niall's Irish. He curses a lot.) Wow. Just try not to tell anyone this because if Jack found out then he would kill you."

"Alright fine. Let's just forget it and get through this day."

It just wasn't that easy though.

The first three classes I had with Niall. They were AP Literature, Ap Calculus, and Spanish 4. The only suckh part was that I also had 1/3 of the jerky Jackman's in the classes. I had Jack in Spanish, one of the sisters in Ap Lit., and the other sister in Ap Calc. Hopefully that's not gonna affect anything.

Thankfully I also found some familiar faces in some of my classes. In Spanish I had Harry and Liam next to Niall and I. In AP Calc. I saw two people who looked like twins that I recognized because I saw them with Aliyyah when I gave her the books. And in AP Lit. there was the boy that was with Aliyyah that yelled at me, though I didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing.
